Synopsis:	Hugo Strange is on the trail of a new serial killer, and he meets a odd consulting detective.

Hugo Strange has posed:
Hugo Strange took a sip from a tea cup as he looked at the dossier the GCPD provided him. Ever since the arrest of Joseph Zebno, AKA Faceless, the GCPD have sometimes used his talents as a psychologist to help make profiles on various criminals the GCPD were looking for. This was no exception.

The GCPD were trying to track down a new serial killer nick-named Mongrel, due to the fact that he disturbingly ripped out people's throats, hinting at a type of mania. Much to his annoyance, The GCPD insisted in calling in a 'Consulting detective" to help solve this case. So, here he was, sitting in the Hot Dumpling in the China Basin waiting for the detective to show up, whoever he was.

Detective Chimp has posed:
Detective Chimp comes walking into the place, and is stamping out a cigar "I swear can;t smoke anywhere any more, and next you know they will want to change it so can;t drink anywhere." Once the host points him into the direction he needs. He will walk over and looks over the Doc. He pulls a chair out and says "Dr Strange?" He will say in question and statement.

Hugo Strange has posed:
Hugo's eyes are taken away from the dossier by the voice of who appeared to be a detective. He drops the manila folder holding the dossier, only to look on in surprise when he saw that the consulting dectective was a bloody chimp dressed as Sherlock Holmes. Hugo sighs and says in a deep, cultured voice," A chimp, they sent a chimp to help catch a serial killer. I really should sit Gordon down for a therapy session."

Detective Chimp has posed:
Detective Chimp will look over to the doctor, and says "And they gave me someone who judges by appearances before observing enough to make an informed opinion. First considering I can talk you might want to think hmms, maybe more to him than your average chimp, or it could just be a hidden ventriliquist under the table?"

Hugo Strange has posed:
Hugo raises his hands defensivly, his coke-bottle glasses seemingly glowing from the light from the restaurant as he says," Alright, alright i am sorry. I just wasn't expecting the "esteemed detective" to be a chimp." it was quite obvious that the Chimp might have a temper, it would be a bad idea to provoke him now. He then slides the dossier to Chimp and says," I assume the GCPD already told you about Mongrel and his MO? If not, this folder should give you a run-down."

Detective Chimp has posed:
Detective Chimp nods a bit to the doctor, and says "I have read through it, but I must admit I am curious if they have found how the throats are ripped out, hand, mechanical, or even bitten." He will look at the waitress, and orders a beer, and 4 orders of pu pu platters. "There seems to be a bit of a pattern in the victims other than location. They are also all visiters of the same food stall." He points to a small stain on each persons shirt "It is a rather unique color, I believe it is from a rolling cart on 43rd street.

Hugo Strange has posed:
Hugo looks grim as he says," According to the coroner's report the throats were bitten out. I suspect that our culprit suffers from some type of mania, but none I have seen before." As Strange listened to Chimp's observations he stroked his beard in thought. He then said to him," Perhaps Mongrel is a regular at the stall, or maybe the owner."

Detective Chimp has posed:
Detective Chimp says, "He could also, be more of an animal mentality. The stall, being one of the markers in his territory. With just the throats being ripped out I would not think it is a hunger or even prey. It could be a sign of domination. With some of the animalistic people and humanoid animals I have seen in Gotham, I believe we must consider that side of things."

Hugo Strange has posed:
Hugo nods at the Chip and says,"Very true. I have seen reports of animalistic individuals in Gotham over the years, Waylon Jones being a prime example. It would be unwise to rule out a similar killer. I should be going now. Gordon is probably going to want a profile soon." With that, Hugo stands up and gives a polite nod to Chimp before leaving.

Detective Chimp has posed:
Detective Chimp nods, and as his food comes, he will thank the waitress, and offers the Doctor his card, and says "If you find anything new you can contact or leave me a message there." He will tell him. Chimp will pull one of the ribs from his food as it is brought, and his own bite is shown as he rips some of the meat off the bone, perhaps leaving marks on the bone as well. He chews for a moment and swallows before asking "If I have questions just call Arkham?"

Hugo Strange has posed:
Hugo takes the business card and puts it in his pocket. He then says to Chimp," No, you may call Gotham State University. I teach there as their Psychology Professor. I am in most days." He then rushes out of the restaurant.
