Synopsis:	Nadia goes for an interview at Titan's Tower with Supergirl!

Supergirl has posed:
After Nadia had expressed interest in possibly joining the Titans, and extended an invitation for Kara to join GIRL, Supergirl had watched the young scientist. When she was satisfied that the young woman would be a value to the team, bringing an element that accentuated the others rather than standing in competition to it, she'd extended an invitation to meet her at Titan Tower.

Smiling when the door had opened, "Afternoon, Nadia." Waving her in, she gave her a brisk, but thorough tour of the facilities that started in the kitchen so they might pick up some snacks if she seemed hongry. From there they made their way to teh crime lab. "Have you done much with large teams?" She asks over her shoulder, "Not that the Titans are very large right now, of course. Members tend to come and go.." Walking easily, peering to the side so blue eyes can look to the scientific woman while they speak. Kara always with that deep Kryptonian accent.

Wasp (Pym) has posed:
Having dropped off a written application form, complete with several essays including one on theoretical time travel possibilities which was probably locked in a vault never to be seen again, along with various GIRL information for Kara Nadia has responded with eager promptness to the invitation. There's a lot of GIRL paperwork to complete still but when /The/ Supergirl sends an invitation you make time!

Her gaze flicks around the room. Taking in all the various equipment in the lab even as she practically skips through the door. "With teams?" she muses. Dressed in her black and red Wasp costume, minus the helmet, wings currently tucked away inside the backpack unit. "That is complicated. I have worked as part of a large research think tank. However co-operation was not emphasised. If anything we were encouraged to do everything we could to succeed even at the detriment to each others work."

There's a shrug.

"And since escaping from the Red Room I have mostly been working in my lab inside my necklace." In short she's barely spent time with people in literal years. "But I have always rejected the way the Red Room does things. I believe strongly in co-operation. A team is stronger when everyone is supporting each other. Not chasing personal glory."

Supergirl has posed:
While Kara is part of the application board, she's in the unique position to cherry pick the people she wants to interview herself. Aside from her duties with the Titans, there's also the DOJ whom she has to answer to. So there's a lot of leway as far as when she's involved directly with the Titans initiation program. Not that it makes it more special that she's taken a direct interest, except that she is making time.

One must assume that it's not a great effort for her, who can be anywhere she wants at almost any moment. But it's still probably pretty important.

With a tight smile, she nods to the explanation of the think tank. "That's not how we opporate. We're a unified team, building upon each others strengths and weaknesses to achieve a common goal. We also have a fairly extensive lab, which is where we're headed. Both to show you what you would have at your disposal as well as to get any recommendations as to how we can improve it."

Her hand passes over a small plate and the door hisses open to permit them entrance into the Crime Lab. Some of the instruments here aren't widely spread. A mix of different technologies from Earth and beyond. Some of it is even Kryptonian in origin. Which she points out with a wave of her hand.

"It's not the Watchtower or Hall of Justice, but you'll find just about anything you could possibly need or want here. Have a look around."

Wasp (Pym) has posed:
And the most efficient way to look, for Nadia at least, is to take an aerial tour!

Decreasing in size, popping her wings with an insectile fluttering, the teenage super-scientist does an inspection. Flitting from one machine to the next. Not following any discernible pattern she seems to head from each device in order of how interesting it is. "At some point I would very much like to explore the internal workings of some of these devices," she muses. Much of the equipment outside her fields is exotic even to her. "I do not consider myself to be a head on fighter," she explains. "I do not really want to fight anyone at all if I can avoid it. So I would much prefer to study a situation and apply myself where I can benefit the team as a whole."

She grins.

"If I had known you had such an interesting lab I would have asked for a tour the first time I stopped by. I will put together some thoughts on what equipment you have and any ways you could expand your capabilities or improve upon them. I expect given my background they'll need some level of extra scrutiny before they could be implemented though."

Supergirl has posed:
Kara's hands come together in front of her yellow belt around her short blue skirt, following the tiny super hero with surprising ease... even for her size. Her blue eyes track her as she flies from one piece of equipment to the next, then smiles when she adds her observations. "Of course. We have others who are more scientific in their pursuits with whom you'll be working, but we have extensive training programs as well. Should you want to more effectively use your unique talents in combat simulations."

Nothing about her saying this sounds as if it's mandatory, however.

Another nod, "I'm not incharge of the labs and have only minimal control over what is and isn't added, but my recommendations are held in high regard for it. As would yours.. Just make the request and the money people will determine if it's possible. Though I assure you our budget is rather extensive. It has to be. Some of what we're called upon to deal with is dangerous to far more than just Earth... or even just THIS Earth."

Wasp (Pym) has posed:
"I will be able to accompany teams for field work too?" Nadia wonders, pausing in front of something Kryptonian which has a function she can only speculate on based on the surrounding equipment. "I love science but I have spent a lot of time in the lab recently. And I think it would do me good to see more of the world."

She blinks at the comment about money, as if cost never even occurred to her, then shrugs.

"Or should that be Worlds? I was tempted to apply directly to become an Avenger but they seemed very focused on direct confrontation with threats. While the Titan's have a more broad focus on tackling social issues. Which seems far more effective that just punching things." Although there are probably plenty of things the Titans punch! "I am still thinking I might offer my scientific services. As the more brilliant people I can network with the better."

There's a pause. Then she adds "You do not have concerns I might be some sort of deep cover Red Room Agent sent to bring your team down from the inside?" Clearly this was her primary concern about her recommendations rather than cost.
