Ocean flyby

Synopsis:	Angelica went out for a flight and crossed paths with Power Girl.

Firestar has posed:
While she doesn't fly with the speed of a Kyptonian by any means, Firestar can fly fast enough over the water to make split in her wake. Well over 100 miles per hour. She flies low and that makes her seem to go even faster than she might actually be going.

Power Girl has posed:
When your on patrol .. well flying in low orbit and keeping an eye on things with super vsion and hearing.. you tend to notice the water being split.. When she spots it's a girl she dosn't reconize.. She of course zooms down to check it out.. She flys right up " Hello there! " she says brightly "What cha doing? "

Firestar has posed:
She laughs inspite of herself. Her flight slows and she turns towards the sound of a new voice. Studying the one drawing closer she eases a little,"Hi there. Just...getting some of the kinks out, trying to get a little faster, and sorting thoughts. Flying seems to do that better than most things."

Power Girl has posed:
Power Girl Nods her head as she flys lower " ahh okay new to flying got it " She beams " that is always a fun time.. And your doing it in a big open area so nobody can get hurt " She does the thumbs up " since it seems to be using some kind of fire type power to fly.. I suggest moving the energy to a point in the front.. and then doing a cone type blast from the back.. might get more power and speed that way " Yep power girl is considered a genius

Firestar has posed:
"Oh no. I have been flying since my middle teens. I was born this way and grew into it. A mutant." she explains. Her power eases back a little and she offers a hand to shake,"Angelica. Don't worry, the suit under my costume keeps me from radiating you. My power is, loosely speaking, microwave radiation. Dangerous if not controlled and kept in check. Part of why I tend to fly and do such things on my own, but I'm always glad to meet new people."

Power Girl has posed:
Power Girl Smiles brightly and reaches out and shakes the hand " I've been flying since I was born.. alien " She says " Names power girl nice to meet you " she says with that huge bright smile of hers and those sparkling blue eye's

Firestar has posed:
Firestar smiles a little more and replies,"I have met a few aliens in my life. So far I like you a lot better than any of them." She winks and once the shake is done she withdraws her hand,"I have heard of you though I don't think I have ever been in the same area. You are similar to the two in blue with the S on their chest? Superman and Supergirl?"

Power Girl has posed:
Power Girl Laughs and smiles " Yeah Super girl is my sister.. and superman is my cousin so were all family , Were all from the house of L " She points to the S " that's the house symbol .. It means hope " she beams "I've met one or two mutants.. I like you guys .. I don't agree with the human viewpoint "

Firestar has posed:
"Hope. I like that." Firestar comments softly and after a moment of decision, she reaches up and takes off the mask over her eyes. She winks one of those bright green eyes,"Angelica." she supplies,"Angel if you like. There aren't many that understand the mutant situation that isn't a mutant. We appreciate anyone that doesn't want to kill us just for being born."r

Power Girl has posed:
Power Girl Laughs " I'm a scientist.. mutant is required for a race to continue.. my race turned to cloning and genetic engineering and we collapsed as a result " She says with a shrug " I see you guys as part of what humanity needs.. " She beams " In a universe filled with strange and powerfull.. what's wrong with humans born with powers "

Firestar has posed:
Her smile widens as she listens to the explination,"We need more of us girls in the science world. There aren't enough." She raises her mask back to her face,"Just in case someone else flies by." she tells her with a wink,"I haven't been out of the atmosphere for a while. I really would like to see more of the universe some day."

Power Girl has posed:
Power Girl Grins and beams " Might take you some time " she says brightly " I've been working on space ships and stuff for other people to trave with me and my family since we can fly in space.. and well year " She chuckles " Easy to get around when you can fly light speed "

Firestar has posed:
"I have been up, but it's been a long time." Angelica replies,"I can handle upper atmosphere, so I am able to see, but I can't stay up without a suit." She shrugs and admits,"Every once in a while you just have to settle and hope someday to get past the settle."

Power Girl has posed:
Power Girl nods her head and smiles " Well were working on stuff for people to do space things and all that.. since there are aliens and all that stuff " she beams a smile " Jsut gotta get ready and all that " She smiles " If you ever need help " She hands you a small device " Push the button if I'm around I'll come running "

Firestar has posed:
"Hopefully we can meet up again sometime. I would be curious and willing to help any way that I can." She pauses when the device is offered and she takes it. Studying it for a moment she blinks and looks back up,"Thank you. I don't really have anything like this, but you can usually find me through Xavier's Institute."

Power Girl has posed:
Power Girl Blinks " Oh the x-men I've heard of them.. yeah I'll look you up " She beams a big smile " Thanks " she winks and boom she's gone wow she's fast.. like super fast!

Firestar has posed:
Watching the other woman more or less vanish infront of her eyes, Angelica smiles and starts to fly back towards the shore. She cranks her speed up to her max,"Maybe someday." she muses to herself and turns up the speed as high as she can.
