Synopsis: Faith and Kimberly both face things they have never seen. Faith met Drusilla and Kimberly faced Dracula as well as other vampires in and graveyard smackdown.
Cast of Characters: Dracula, Faith Lehane, Pink Ranger

Dracula has posed:
The encounter with the dark slayer left Dracula curious about her. Remembering the power in her blood and the lack of tact amused him, dangerous really. Tonight, he prowls the edge of the cemetary in wolf form.

This isn't him time, as much as he might like to take her life for his own, he has to be patient. Ignoring his wants is not something he does easy.

In the cemetary, the Slayer will locate two newer vampires just climbing out of the ground and shaking off. Neither of them look terribly smart, but they both look stronger than average and that is a problem in its own right. The wolf remains in the dark, watching and waiting.
Faith Lehane has posed:
Faith Lehane was a bit shaken after being fed on by the Lord of Vampires. Actually it annoyed her after hearing tales of how he very well nearly enthralled Buffy some time ago. Naturally it meant she was out and about, fighting harder than ever before, maybe even going harder on the vamps than usual as she patrols the cemetary on New Years Eve of all nights.

She doesn't spy the wolf, really she's more interested in hunting down vampires and the two newly awakened vamps are a quick and easy target. She pulls out her trusty stake and rushes towards them before they're half out of the ground, pulling them up one by one, just enough to stab em through the heart and reduce the to ashes.

"Too easy.." she mutters.
Dracula has posed:
The two climbing out of the grave see her coming and try to get free. They holler and then fall silent as they poof into dust and stain the fresh turned soil.

Blood loss sucks and what can feel better than getting two kills the following night? The wolf chuffs softly, but remains out of sight. Even if she hears it, there are footsteps behind her. One is running, the other is walking oh so slow and she can just make out the way the slow one is looking around like in a daze and not caring about her in the least.
Faith Lehane has posed:
Faith Lehane is not quite as experienced as Buffy but she's pretty damn good, and a fast learner. Her heightened senses easily pick up the sounds of someone behind her and she spins around, sending out a powerful side kick, presumably at another vampire, "Hah! Do you really think you can sneak up on *me*?" she seems bemused, pulling out her stake, getting ready to stab a third vamp for the night.
Dracula has posed:
Just before getting into range to engage the slayer, the large vampire stops because the smaller one claps twice. He glowers are her, daring her to try it.

Instead he stands. The smaller form, the woman, walks to his side and lets her hand slide over his shoulder lightly,"Good doggie." she tells him quietly. Her attention moves to Faith and it is easy to see in her eyes this woman is not stable, somewhat functionally insane.

She doesn't move to engagement with Faith, but rather stops and looks at the stars,"Little dots of light. Dangerous little suns the lot of them." She has the most haunted of eyes and says,"So you're the new one, the one that replaced the African. Dangerous she was. Not as dangerous as me..." She looks into Faith's eyes and says,"...you're a Slayer now. You're welcome."
Faith Lehane has posed:
Faith Lehane pauses as she realizes there are two vampires. Thos shouldnt bother her, she's used to all sorts of crazies, although mention of an African slayer does cause her pause. Faith isn't as caught up on prior slayers of course and so she can only assume there must have been a slayer or two of African origin. "Yeah? Your point being..?"

She frowns as the vamp darts away and steps in closer, "Actually screw that, I don't give a rats ass what you know or who you fought. I'm the last thing you'll ever see!" she rushes at the bigger vampire, slashing her stake at his face.
Dracula has posed:
Clap, clap...the big one is active again. When she races in with her stake, he produces a short billy club in his strong hand. He's not a master by any means, but he manages to swing it at the stake coming at his face to knock it away.

The woman looks at the stars again and she sways in her little trance. Faith probably doesn't hear her mutter,"I smell my Spike here." A frown and she looks around, completely forgetting Faith and the big goon vampire she is fighting.

The large wolf at the edge of the cemetary stands and walks into the light, maybe trying to herd the somewhat crazy one back towards the conflict. Instead, she calls out,"Doggie...." and starts towards the large black wolf in the distance.
Faith Lehane has posed:
Faith Lehane curses under her breath, chancing a glance at the slightly mad woman, whom she might have heard something about from Buffy. "I take it you're the mad woman Drusilla then, huh?" she snarls, still launching herself at the bigger vamp who *must* be considerably more experienced, skilled and just plain older than your typical vampire, slashing at his face with her stake then moving in to try and sweep him off his feet. He might be bigger, tougher, stronger than your typical vamp, but she's slain tougher.
Pink Ranger has posed:
The fist time she'd come to Sunnydale a girls night post winning the local gymnastics event with her teammates had turned into beating up vampires in an alleyway. The second time? Well, tracking a potential monster had turned into an ambush where she'd had to bend the rules about secret identities to Faith to help them get out of a jam...so why was she back tonight?

Well, because Kimberly wasn't one to sit still and do nothing...and she sort of owed Faith one.

Hair tied back, her form wrapped in a pair of shorts with black leggings underneath and a slim jacket zipped up over whatever she wore on the top, she might have looked like she'd gotten lost on her way to a night out as she slipped into the cemetary, but the alien power infused girl seemed confident enough as she slipped betwen the rows of headstones towards the sounds of violence.

Well...there was Faith, time to offer assistance.

The sudden explosion of crackling pink energy, like lightning in the night announced her a moment before the glowing arrow of light flew towards one of the vampires.

A Ranger was many things...but subtle wasn't often one of them.
Dracula has posed:
A lot of things happening all at once. The woman going at the wolf pauses to look at Faith,"You've heard of me, how nice." Wolf forgotten she starts back towards Faith and her thug with intent.

"Boys..." she calls and two more vampires appear at the entrance of the cemetary starting towards her. Kimberly arrives just behind them. When the power blasts the Pink Ranger into existence, they stop and turn towards her, surprised and back pedaling a moment.

"Oh not fair, mean slayer bringing someone else to the party. Was she invited? I don't think so."

The wolf slinks down lower to watch as he sees the woman change into the armored pink warrior. This is getting interesting and only marginally out of hand.

The big vampire fighting Faith is very skilled as well as strong, but it doesn't take her long in the fight to see he has a slight opening on his left side, hand drifting down from his face each movement.
Faith Lehane has posed:
Faith Lehane smirks, still throwing attacks at the bigger, stronger vampire even as she is aware of Drusilla out of the corner of her eye. She has heard the ancient vamp is dangerous and unpredictable. "Yeah, I heard of the Whirlwind. Not big on reading but you four caused a lot of mess for us Slayers to clean up."

She sneers, tensing a bit as more vamps join the frey, but pleasantly surprised at the arrival of the Pink Ranger. "Of course you bitch, you think you're the only one who gets to bring friends to the party? It sure must hurt that your boyfriend is too busy sniffing after Buffy to pay any attention to you." she smirks, taking every delight in taunting the ancient vampiress.
Pink Ranger has posed:
Slayers were chosen by ancient wizards or gods or something to be heroines against the dark. Kimberly had been chosen by an alien wizard (in an energy tube) to wield an aspect of a cosmic force against the darkness...but perhaps a little more colorfully. It really made sense that she'd be all too happy to come to Faith's aid.

The back-pedalling vampires? Well, Kimberly lifts her Power Bow, she'd learned from Faith's previous demonstration that just punching and kicking wasn't enough to put the creatures down after all. "You invite me to the nicest places!" she calls before drawing back the string and letting the glowing arrow fly.

Of course, the girl in the figure-hugging alien nano-armor was really just engaging in banter and rolling with it...Faith probably hadn't known she was on her way, right?

The big wolf? If Kim had seen it, it seemed she'd written it off for the moment as she'd come in to provide backup in favor of the vampires.
Dracula has posed:
"You look like one that was left crucified and inverted." Dru grumbles, glowering at Faith,"She had an attitude too, but yours reminds me of Buffy. Bitch hurt my Spike."

Lucky for Faith, Drusilla is easily distracted. That or she isn't worried,"My Spike has been here though. Where is my Spike?"

The vampire attacking Faith gets less and less mindful of his left hand lead and leave himself open for the knockout more often than not. Still he is strong, fast, and the opening don't last long. He manages to land a few blows, but Faith is tough.

The two thugs that Kimberly gets the drop on start ducking and covering to get away from the arrows. They aren't sure they are wooden or not, but who wants to get shot by any arrows? She does glance one's head and gets a solid shot into the left leg of the one diving behind a headstone. They both scream and try to get out of the line.
Faith Lehane has posed:
Faith Lehane smirks at the Pink Ranger, "What can I say, I lead an exciting life!" she grins and winks at her, she continues to dance with the bigger vampire, attempting to push him back against the nearby tree, to pin him enough to stab him in the heart if she can.

"Oooh poor baby lost track of her puppy dog. Sorry, can't help you, maybe you should ask B!" she seems increasingly bemused, "But when I'm done with big and ugly here, I'd be happy to tango with you and bring your dead body to Spike."
Pink Ranger has posed:
Would what was essentially shaped plasma hot energy be enough to destroy a vampire? Kimberly would have to find out...but when the pair dive out of the way of her expert (and morph-enhanced) aim, Kimberly gives a little curse under her breath behind the mask of her helmet. They were faster, better at dodging than she'd expected.

"Look, we all go through our vampire crushes and fantasies...but don't you think you've taken it a bit too far?" she calls before coiling down and leaping high...impressively high, trying to fire an arrow down from above the cover at one and land near enough to the other to catch in close-quarters.
Dracula has posed:
"You're worse than Buffy." is all Dru says, stopping to watch Faith again.

Things are already happening fast, but now things are really hopping. The wolf starts to slink towards the fighting. Mostly it is watching Faith and Drusilla. The Pink Ranger a curiosity for another night. He doesn't attack, but appears ready to.

The vampire takes most of the punishment hands out without falling, but eventually the Dark Slayer knocks him against the tree and a low branch punches through his leg. Pain, yeah he knows that one and he screams...a lot.

The vampire Kim nicks rolls away and gets his bearings again, trying to stand. The one that she hit screams in pain and fear as he suddenly erupts into flames, a pile of dust soon follows. Just when the survivor thinks he is OK, the pink armor flashes above him and drills him with an arrow that causes him to erupt into flames too.
Faith Lehane has posed:
Faith Lehane laughs, "You think this is a fantasy, like I enjoy doing this shit or something?" she wastes no time in staking the bigger vamp when he loses his footing before turning on Dru, still brandishing that bloodied stake.

"This ain't no game, not to me. It's kinda like a job..Don't get me wrong, I love the rush of power, the thrill of the hunt, the kill, but I didn't choose it, it chose me.." her tone is almost solemn, until she laughs as she hurls he4 stake towards Drusilla.

"What about you, you like playing hero or what?"
Pink Ranger has posed:
Compared to pumpkins that rap, clay golems, armored titans, intergalactic sorceress'...a vampire seemed a little more 'simple' really. Almost reassuringly so.

"I was talking to the ones with the pointy teeth," the Pink Ranger offers, her bow flashing out of existance back into the grid-space it had come from as she moves to walk towards Faith, her gaze on Drusilla and the hound while she cautiously begins to regroup.

"But...it's kinda the same story. Still...I'd be lying if I said I didn't love it..."

Not that she'd be able to describe the rush that came from morphing. The powers she had before the transformation were one thing, but feeling the grid enhancing every cell of your being, enhancing every bit of your fighting ability? Well...it was potent!
Dracula has posed:
"Fantasy darling? What is the difference I wonder. My Spike and that nasty chip. Real enough I think. Destroyed my dark warrior, my poor boy." Drusilla replies, shaking back and forth like...well a crazy woman.

The wolf walks up behind her as the fight seems to be going Faith's way. Energy around it shimmers and while Faith is yelling at her, the wolf takes the form of Count Dracula. He stands next to Dru as the stake comes at her and his hand reaches out to catch it, snapping it like a match stick.

Drusilla starts to laugh, clapping her hands, and jumping around like a kid in the proverbial candy store. She looks to Dracula and then at their adversaries,"I think she would taste with cheap bourbon. Can we see?"

Even Dracula has to deal with Drusilla and he tries to ignore her some.

"I like this Slayer, bolder and braver than the last I faced." His attention moves to the Pink Ranger and he smiles,"This one I am unfamiliar with, but she is very strong."
Faith Lehane has posed:
Faith Lehane grins at Pink Ranger, nodding in agreement. "I like where your mind is headed..Still don't get the whole morphing thingy and the sentai shindig but hey, I can Akways do with formidable allies! We should hit the nightclub after this!"

But first to deal with these scum..Her eyes widen then as Dracula catches her stake, snapping it in two much to her annoyance. "The Hell?!" she snarks, spinning on him and this time she reaches into her utility belt and pulls out a pair of clawed gloves with mostly silver blades blockages although the middle claws are fitted with long wooden stake like claws. "Got something special for you.."
Pink Ranger has posed:
"So what? Is she meant to be some spooky vampire bride or something? With all the spooky talk and stuff? I mean what's next? Dr-" she beings, only for the wolf's form to shimmer and shift into what -actually- looks like Dracula, killing the words in her throat. Somewhere deep down, she was probably going to berate herself for self-jinxing.

With her addressed? Kimberly lifts her hands into perhaps a less impressive simple guard stance, ready for a fight it seems.

Invitations to a night out would have to wait as Kimberly coils down and then -leaps- towards the vampire lord, twisting her form through the air to attempt to drop down with an axe-kick on Dracula with enough force to shatter stone easily and the audible kiyah that the Rangers were known for.

Of course, she had no idea she was -actually- engaging the famous vampire, or what she was dealing with.
Dracula has posed:
Niceties aside. Fight commenced. Dracula is prepared to face Faith when Kimberly drops into the fight with him. He turns towards her just in time to catch the axe kick flush in the head, down his face, and chest. He falls back and swings an open hand and slaps her away from him with the force that is hard to fathom.

While Faith is facing Dracula, Drusilla swipes her fingers at her face, leaving four claw marks on her temple and cheek. She looks like she might follow up, but Dracula demands,"NO!" She pauses and look at him, Faith's perception a little fuzzy and Dru is gone.

Dracula looks at the Pink Ranger and tells her,"I will see you again." Then he bursts into a cloud of mist and floats away.
