Gregory Stark has posed:
The dead of night in the city that never sleeps is something to behold. Streets even still filled with cars traveling their never ending winding paths through the Manhattan blocks that have made the city so iconic.

In the midst of the chaos stands a building pure white glinting in the darkness standing far into the sky with the other juggernauts of buildings. Its facade shines out in the darkness like a beacon waiting in the night and signaling for all the wealth of the man who built it.

Far at the top of the building Gregory Stark stands with a glass of grape juice in one hand sipping away as he walks from one end of a massive rooftop platform to the other. Technicians wander around the platform as well with large bags of tools running and working their hardest to make this vision become a reality.

With a low sigh the white clad Gregory stark takes a long sip from his glass looking over towards one of the technicians to give them a bit of advice. "Recalibrate the systems for a forty five percent output the flight paths should be clear for a two minute burst" As behind white mirrored shades he looks over the progress on the defense platform.

There's a long pause as Gregory moves to the side of the building back to the bottle of sparkling grape juice to one side of the platform. Corked and ready to be popped once the initial test run has completed. Chilled in a bucket of ice to just the right temperature.

Far bellow it's silence for a few moments before the show begins. Dazzling lights fill the sky from the top of the SGS building, a shower of what can only be described to anyone at street level as glorious fireworks being shot off into the nights sky with a laser light show to match.

At the rooftop Stark stands hand down in his pocket sipping away at his grape juice as the display proceeds according to plan all weapons systems operating well within acceptable parameters. Reflected in the lenses of his sunglasses is the beautiful display of DoD gold in action. "Eat your heart out." He exclaims to no one in particular while holding hands out to either side the display continuing on for some time.

Pixie has posed:
Megan Gwynn is off for a social night out in Manhattan, so she's dressed accordingly: low boots, and a black minidress. Flying under the power of her own wings, she's making her way to the dzzling bright island.

As it turns out, there's a particular thing that gets her attention. Specifically, that she nearly flies into the path of a... fireworks show? "Oh goodness," she gasps, abruptly stopping her line of flight, and backing off a bit to stare at the lights. At eye level with them, the lights reflecting nicely off of her iridescent wings.

Gregory Stark has posed:
Setting his glass down Gregory grabs hold of the bottle of sparking Grape juice. A bit of force sees the bottle popped open, a cascade of sparkling juice falls into the waiting glass filling it back to the brim, before the rest of the bottle is placed right back into the waiting ice.

"Beautiful isn't it?" Gregory calls out at the top of his lungs toward the flying figure as the display carry's on firing off all manner of weaponry into the sky making for spectacular explosions in the sky. "Designed her myself."

Pixie has posed:
Megan Gwynn blinks when she's yelled at. Well, I guess anyone firing into the skyis probably looking, right? And she does have shiny wings... so it's reasonable. She carefully goes AROUND the entire display, coming toward Gregory from the other direction. Approaching until she's over the roof, and slowly landing her feet onto the floor, she laughs softly. "Good evening. I was startled more than anything. What uh, is it?"

Gregory Stark has posed:
"Shock and awe." Spoken as he takes a sip from the glass of sparkling grape juice. The dazzling display winding down towards its end. "Say hello to the new full force defense system from Stark Global Solutions." As he takes a slight bow before setting the glass back down onto the counter his eyes not leaving the flying mutant. "Given proper calibration it's one of the most secure defensive systems to date."

Pixie has posed:
Megan Gwynn raises a hand. "Please, um, tell me those aren't live explosives then, and are just... fireworks? After all I did just nearly fly into that." Walking toward the edge, she stares at the show a bit waiting for an answer.

Gregory Stark has posed:
Walking over towasrds the woman Gregory speaks calm and collected. "They're very much live, that was part of the test firing sequence." His stride carrying him to a stop near to her without being too close as to actually come into contact with her. His white gloved hands go down into his pockets for a moment. "Maybe if you cleared your flight path in advance you'd have known about the test firing." He muses rather quietly.

Pixie has posed:
Megan Gwynn whispers an obscenity when he says, that, and whirls around to face Gregory. "Cleared my flight path? You can't use the middle of a big city as a firing range, are you crazy?"she says, voice raising a bit.

Gregory Stark has posed:
"I think you'll find that legaly I can and have." Pointed out with a bit of a sm ile from behind those mirrored shades of his. The blonde man pulls off his sunglasses to reveal those baby blues of his. "Of course if you have a problem with it, you can take it up with your local congressman." The smile still on his face as he stands legs spread partially apart in a more comfortable stance of his own.

Pixie has posed:
Megan Gwynn throws up her hands. 'Wallgof," she exclaims. "You really are mad, don't you know?" she repeats, taking some steps toward him. As he then laughs,s he pinches her nose and sighs. "You're not even listening are you?"

Gregory Stark has posed:
"I'm perfectly sane, I think you'll just find I'm willing to do what it takes to get the edge when it comes to business arrangements." A quick motion to adjust his tie as he gives a smile of pure white teeth her way. "It's something I've gotten very good at over the years."

Pixie has posed:
Megan Gwynn takes a half step closer, and pokes his shoulder with her fingertip. "Do you have any remorse, at all, that you nearly shot my ass off?" Rolling her eyes, shaking her head, she lets out a hugely exasperated sigh. "You don't, do you?"

Gregory Stark has posed:
The smile goes from his face. "Don't." There's a pause. "You." His expression sours. "Ever." Extra emphasis on the ev sound. "Touch." Glaring daggers right towards her as he throws a sudden backhand her way with the force of a heavyweight boxer. "Me."

If it's enough to knock her back he'll instantly go for a wet wipe from his pocket trying to clean the spot where she'd touched him with a fervent motion clearly very uncomfortable with having anyone lay a finger on him.

Pixie has posed:
Megan Gwynn goes red-faced when he tosses her back. With her wings, she's able to steady herself, hovering in the air instead of getting knocked to the ground. Wringing her arm out, she takes a slow, deep breath. "I guess I'd better watch my flight path then." she says, with a slow, carefully enunciated syllables. At that, she takes off, flying right overhead of Gregory.

As she does so, he finds himself in the line of shimmering dust falling toward him and the area he's standing in, threatening to form a cloud all around him. Her intent of course is to be getting it all over his clothes. The specific hallcinogenic effect, if any, is highly variable and dependent on his specific circumstnaces, preparedness, and genetics, but the dust itself is difficult to avoid.

Gregory Stark has posed:
Luckily for Gregory the nanites in his body protect him from the standard hallucinogenic effects, unluckily for him nothing protects from the emotional trauma of having dust on him. The dust goes everywhere covering him and the platform around him. He shudders on the spot arms going close to his sides expression hardening as he looks down towards the ground not shouting not screaming just shaking, like a child cought out in the cold.

Pixie has posed:
Megan Gwynn zooms away faster now. Turning around, flying backwards, she watches this reaction with glee. Grinning as her dust on his suit reflects the light of the explosions very nicely, she calls out "Shock and Awe!" as the teen disappears into the night sky.
