Star Shimmer has posed:
Its been almost a full day since the events at the crack house. Autumn has in that time found a better hiding spot for her battery, one where no one will find it unless they are actively looking for it. She also did a proper charge and the delt with the aftermath there of. Something however was bugging her. The reaction of Ultragirl to the thugs after seeing the women. She understood full well why she was so angry. It was the hate that got to her though. That hate is so opposite to everything within her that it kept her awake. Finally, she decided to go and talk to her. She needed to explain herself after all.

Autumn would go into her full Star Sapphire mode. She'd launch herself clear into space and then start scanning. "Okay Libby, Lets find Ultragirl."

The ring scans quickly and then, "Autumn, there are many varibles thouggh intial scans show her to be of Kree origin. Such signature has been located." It shows her where and immediately Autumn is rocketing towards NYC.

Ultragirl has posed:
Ultragirl is seated on the edge of a building, looking down over the area below. She is looking over the various people below, keeping her eyes open for crime. IN her right hand is an apple she is chewing on lightly and she just stares for a long time at the things below. For the moment she is simply playing the watching game.

Star Shimmer has posed:
"This part of the job always bored the tar out of me." Nightingale, Star Sapphire, or whatever they are calling her this week flew in and came to a stop. She has definitely improved her flight skills at least, no blown out windows, no crazy stuff. Just a floating girl wearing clothes that are most definitely unseasonable.

"So umm, I wanted to talk to you. I wanted to apologize first for throwing ya off with my actions and second, Well its just something I noticed. Mind if I join you?" She asks as she moves closer to the edge of the building.

Ultragirl has posed:
A blink and Ultragirl floats up and eyes Autumn carefully, "Umm." She looks around for a moment before saying, "How did you find me? Not that I was hiding but..." She looks at her carefully before clearing her throat, "Anyway. You can join me if you wish." She nods her head as she looks to the side and then back at her, "It's a free country and I don't really own the building."

Star Shimmer has posed:
Autumn snickers just a little, "We both have our secrets right?" She moves and lands, sitting on the ledge. "Okay so, where do you want to start? I mean its a long story right?" She smiles, "how about with your first question, How did I find you? Well, thats actually the easiest thing. My ring contains an AI with access to nearly an entire galaxy with of information. Not to mention the ability to scan for people of umm... all races and species." She blushes and looks down to the streets below.

Ultragirl has posed:
A look at the girl and she tilts her head carefully, "All species and races, huh?" She asks and then shifts in the air slightly before saying, "So I suppose you know I'm not exactly human. I mean, the flying and such might have given it away but..." She shrugs and then states, "None the less, I'm human." She nods her head, "At least somewhat." She crosses her arms, "I suppose you are...here for a reason though? Other than to test your ability to find me?"

She smiles at Ultragirl, "Have a seat please and yes. I know. Its cool. I spent the past 9 months hanging out with people who are from so many different races and species from across the galaxy that a very human appearing Kree is really not that big of a deal." She giggles a little. "Hey if it makes you feel better, I umm... was born a male? I'm trans and my ring seen that as an ailment that needed healing. 9 months later, No sign I was ever that way."

She smiles, "I wanted to explain why I was sneaking around and stuff. Before I became a Star Sapphire, I was being trained by Batwoman. Sort of an unofficial member of the Bat Family I guess. I didn't wanna break into the apartment. I was ready to just walk away from that place. I just needed my battery. Sadly I didn't expect a bunch of druggies to be squatting in my apartment. So I'm going to kick them to the curb soonish."

Ultragirl has posed:
"I see." Ultragirl nods and hmms before sitting on the building and then considering, "Well, regardless of who or what you might have been before, I'm human." She points at Autumn, "I, as far as I know, have a human parent." She nods her head and then clears her throat, "Just cause some people did something to me and messed around with me doesn't hcange that." She shakes her head and then looks up briefly, "Either way, glad to hear that you weren't just breaking and entering but people don't get to tell me what I am or who I am. I believe you can understand that."

Star Shimmer has posed:
Autumn nods, "I understand, You're awesome! Thats all you need to be." She smiles a little. "I hope they were better than mine." She sighs and glances down again. "Mine diowned me. When I came out as trans my dad beat the tar out of me." She shudders and her violet aura fades a little.

"Anyhoo... I actually did have something I wanted to ask you about. When we were fighting the bad guys last night, I could feel the hate you were sending out. It kinda freaked me out. Are you alright?"

Ultragirl has posed:
A distant look and she frowns deeply. She looks up at the girl and shakes her head, "I'm sorry to hear that." She swallows softly and then states, "I'm not...exactly comfortable talking about where I came from." She floats up a little, "I appreciate that you have given me a picture of where you came from but..." She looks to the side, "Lets just say some people I thought I trusted were trying to use me. Trying to make me be something and tried to determine that for me very early. I'm who I say I am." She looks at her, "I don't have a title. I am my own title." She gestures to herself, "And when I saw what had happened to those women...their lives stolen and being used by others." She shakes her head, "I was very upset. I'm not sure how anyone couldn't be."

Star Shimmer has posed:
Autumn winces, "its cool. Hey, You don't have to be anyone you don't wanna be. You're you. Thats enough." She smiles softly. "I understand where you would be upset. I was upset too. But umm, Just be careful. Hate... Its very dangerous. Just as love can soften a frozen heart, Hate can harden you, not in a good way either." She pauses. "I know... I'm not trying to tell you what to do. I just wanna make sure you don't accidentally... attract... something." She winces and looks down.

"Attract something?" She tilts her head, "I'm not sure what I might attract but I think I was doing well enough." She nods her head as she looks at the girl, "I didn't do what I wished to do." She nods her head as she licks her lips, "I just gave them a solid slap." She then looks to the side a moment, "The thing is, I don't want to see people getting used. I want to save everyone and help everyone but...I also want to be seen." She looks up, "Sorry, I have had a rough time of it."

Star Shimmer has posed:
Autumn smiles, "There are more in this galaxy than just Violet and Green rings. You asked last night, How many rings are there. Roy G. Biv." She frowns and takes a deep breath. "Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet. Each are linked to their own aspects of life. Red... Red is Rage. Its fueled by hate and anger. It is one of the two most extreme colors. Those things are really crazy. Like take over your life and amplify those emotions."

Ultragirl has posed:
"I see." She then shifts to the side a little, "Well, I mean, those rings aren't just growing on trees, right?" She looks up and smiles, "Besides, I wasn't /that/ angry. I don't htink I was. None the less, if you didn't get a little rage going at seeing that then what are you?" She shrugs and then sighs before looking to the side, "Don't worry though, I'm far more happy go lucky than I am a rage monster. Trust me. That isn't for me. I've been burned nearly to death once and I didn't get all filled with rage or anything."

Star Shimmer has posed:
Autumn smiles, "I was just worried. As a friend... hopefully... I would hate to see anything bad happen. As far as what I felt when I seen that. I was angry. I had to learn a bit about love as a Star Sapphire. For instance, As much as the whole hippy thing was a cute joke last night, Love is not gentle. It can be tough, It can be flat out dangerous. Consider a Mother bear. When someone gets between a mother bear and a cub... They will kill to protect the ones they love. When I seen those women, I felt that love. The need to protect. The need to punish those who would bring harm to them. Its a difficult thing." She stops and laughs a little.

Reaching up, she rubs the back of her neck, "The ends of the color spectrum tend to be the most extreme when they come to emotions and control. Red... And Violet."

Ultragirl has posed:
"I see." She shifts in her spot a little and then shrugs, "Well, don't worry about me. I'm going to be more than that. I'm going to be something people see and talk about. Someone they are excited to see and...well." She shrugs, "I want to be noticed for good reasons." She nods her head, "I don't know about other heroes but I have sponsorships and such to look out for. I endorse things." She chuckles, "I was gonna be a model till this happened." SHe raises an arm and flexes to reveal a ripple of muscle, "Not exactly super model material but they do love a good looking hero in California."

Star Shimmer has posed:
Autumn laughs, "you do know you can still be a model right? Think about it. New York City is home to Van Dyne industries. I guarantee you can model there if you want. I don't know Janet Van Dyne but... Given that she's an Avenger and all... Yeah!"

She blushes, "you're lucky. I dunno what I'm going to do. As long as I am like this... glowing and in my ring's field, I am fine. Don't need to eat or anything. The second that comes down... bleh!"

A look over at Autumn and then she shakes her head, "Don't really want to do that anymore." SHe looks at her hand, "I am a heroine." She nods her head, "A superheroine." She stands up into the air and nods, "And frankly I get a lot more attention doing this than before and I can help people." She chuckles and nods her head before shrugging and nodding, "I like this a lot more to be honest. I just...kinda do it differently than others."

Autumn snickers, "More power to you. I am of two minds when it comes to the attention. When I was being trained by batwoman, Stealth was everything. Its not easy being stealthy when you wield light. People will notice when you do stuff. When I seen my face in the paper, I cheered. Its still strange though.""

Ultragirl has posed:
A grin and she looks to her, "I guess. I just kind of like the attention but it also means people are smiling." She shrugs, "It makes me feel important." She looks to the side, "I don't know." She then looks over at Autumn again and sighs, "Anyway, I should be going. I don't mind talking more I Just...don't worry too much about me, ok? One day, people all over will see me as a symbol." She nods her head, "Something they can look up to." She shrugs.

Star Shimmer has posed:
Autumn smiles, "It will be awesome to see. I look forward to that... Also umm..." She blushes. With a quick motion, her suit flares and vanishes being replaced by... a bra and panties, "Umm... I could use some help finding some clothes." She quickly uses her ring again and replaces her under things with a what is essentially a muted light construct. A lavender colored dress which she fills out alright. "I can make some things but... it drains my ring when I do it."

A blink at the sight and then she blinks again, "Uh..." She shifts some and then nods, "Sure." She glances to the side, "Umm, I'm gonna probably be able to get you something in your size. Meet with me later." She nods her ehad as she looks at her and then gestures, "I can probably get you something to wear pretty easily." She nods, "Follow me to my place?"
