He has had terrible luck, even for him, at stopping the progress of this thing even if he has vague ideas that his video has fed 'crap' to the piper in some way, but its like sticking his finger in a dam made of Jello. Having used a lot of active luck, divination rituals and his more informative contacts he has at last ended up here. He has no idea where here is, but he pretended he knew what he was doing and remarkably no one stopped him. The cheese villain montebank and wax black mustache and top hat does make him look vaguely magicianny and he does have magical power. Still, he has not yet begun trying to convince these people that the Piper (or whatever you shold call it) is their friend and that they should embrace it. He has no idea where he is but is keeping his mouth shut, looking generically concerned and like he belongs here.
