Ravager has posed:
Walking up the steps, the gloomy Rose Wilson trudges in out of the snow and freezing temperatures, into the bright apartment building. It is of a slick postmodern style, composed of greys and browns, stucco walls and Italian columns. The large entryway has a series of elevators and mailboxes. Rose looks at the big red sign that advertises the apartment showing and seems interested in what it says, so she reads the rest of the directions and the description explaining the necessary details about the apartment.

Rose takes the elevator up to the apartment, down the Red Hallway, which gleams and flickers with the overhead yellow lights. It is at the end of the hallway, and she's quickly invited in by the staff showing the apartment. The tall lady inviting her in says, "Oh, good, come on in, have a look around," she says to her. Rose nods glumly and doesn't seem receptive to the warm greeting, "Yeah great," she mutters unconvincingly, and walks in across the wood floors, "I didn't know there were already going to be people here..." she complains, noting the people already inside.

Caitlin Fairchild It's about 5 min later that she shows up the Very tall Redhead, of course, gets attention not that she wants it. She looks about She moves over to a wall and seems to push it , She looks towards the show lady " So you said this Place used to be a Bank right? built in the cold war? " .. she seems to be giving this place an almost military check out more than a looking at what's on the surface check.

Rose Wilson watches Caitlin with a squint, "It wasn't a bank," she mutters and looks at the woman showing the apartment, "This wasn't a bank right?" she asks critically. She shoves her hands into her black jacket and sighs, "I don't know why there's so many people here. I called first," she complains. She eyes Caitlin again, "What the hell are you looking for?" she wonders.

Caitlin Fairchild Blinks as the sullen young girl seem to lash out.. of course. Social semi-awkward cait takes it the wrong way. She lifts her hand and brings up a finger every reason " Cheap Rent, Tough building, Easy to secure, Busy easy to miss area , Really great 50 plus-year-old food joints next street over. " Though she checks the paper " Okay Maybe X that cheap. Maybe too expensive to do alone " .

Rose Wilson leans up on her tip-toes to spy the paper Caitlin is holding, "Well I saw it first," she complains again and sighs, glancing around again, "Maybe it's not right for you. Are you sure you want this kind of apartment? You've got to consider these things, you know," she explains. She squints at the price again, probably thinking it over in her head.

Caitlin Fairchild Chews her lip as she looks down " Well yeah I want it.. like I said it's got all those good points.. I mean other than the ugly stuff they put into it to try and make it look fancy". She sighs " That price though I might need to get a roommate for it." Shrugs " Now I just gotta find one before you sign the paperwork, Wait do you need a roomate? " .

Rose Wilson grumbles as she looks over the price, over the size of the apartment, and can't seem to let Caitlin off the hook. She frowns at this tall lady as she continues on, "Hey! Will you stop? What do you mean, you need a roommate? It's not your apartment yet," she complains and motions to herself, "It's my apartment. Soon," she lets out, "I just don't understand you."

Caitlin Fairchild Blinks " What's to understand you want the apartment so do I, Neither of us have signed the paperwork, so it doesn't belong to either of us. I can afford it, but it would be easier if I had a roommate.. This way we can both get the spot, and it's big enough to hold us booth hell it could hold 4 or 5 people in here".

Rose Wilson mutters, "Fine," she grumbles in a moody way. She then looks wide-eyed at Caitlin, "No, it's good enough for two people. Two people," she points out, waving her hand in a dismissive way, "There's not gonna be five god damn people running back and forth. That would drive me insane. I'm already annoyed like Hell," she whines.

Caitlin Fairchild Cocks her head " Why would a cute girl like you be so annoyed anyway? " She asks peering down at the girl.. Poor cait always seems to forget she's not the mousy nerd anymore and is a glamazon herself . Even as she waves at the showing lady trying to get her attention .

Rose Wilson grumbles, "Just shut up," she tells Caitlin, "You're not making me give up this f***** apartment," she says and crosses her arms indignantly. She then notices Caitlin trying to talk to the lady in charge of the showing, so she rushes over to butt in on the conversation so she doesn't miss anything.
