Date of Scene: 28 May 2017
Location: Central Park, Manhattan
Synopsis: Summary needed
Cast of Characters: Ravager, Little Blackhawk

Ravager has posed:
Rose Wilson is jogging laps in Central Park as part of the Laps for Charity, and she makes an even pace, keeping to the path marked by the comittee. She has her hair back in a ponytail and looks serious about what she's doing, although she almost always looks serious anyway, so that's not really telling. Rose does close in on the athletic Elliot around a bend, and peers at her, maybe wondering if she's serious about this race, "Comin' up behind you, pick up the pace," she suggests as Rose jogs along.

There are some shady looking characters coming around the bend and start coming up behind Rose and Elliot. Rose isn't really aware of these two shady characters, although probably will be if they get any closer.

Little Blackhawk has posed:
Elliot doesn't even really look up as Rose is coming close. She's been out running laps for quite awhile herself, a slender girl dressed in black Nike sports leggings and a blue tank top. When the woman ducks in toward her she works her way smoothly to the left, blinking as she's being passed. Rose gets a wide-eyed stare from the perky blonde.
"What? I didn't catch that-" blue eyes is relating as she picks up her pace further in order to properly keep up. She seems completely unaware of any shady figures, just like Rose. At least the girl is smiling intensely as she runs.

Ravager has posed:
Rose Wilson maintains her strong, athletic pace in the Central Park Lap-athon as she heads around the bend, past a tree, and up on Elliot's line. She starts to pass Elliot and smiles mischeviously as she closes in, then comes side-by-side with the girl. She begins to reply to what Elliot said and say something else (maybe in a snarky way), but the two shady characters come up on both of them very quickly.

Rose turns her head and seems aware of someone approaching and it's only a matter of seconds before two men start throwing their weight around. One of them tries to punch and elbow Elliot. Rose blinks, "Watch out!" she lets out, shoving Elliot out of the way of the advance.

Little Blackhawk has posed:
Elliot noticed when they came up behind her. Thatm uch is clear but how she turns. The girl, however, lacks any combat reflexes. She is in the process of beginning to stare when the first is rushing at her half-turned form. Then Rose shoves the girl out of the way and she tumbles, flailing, to the track. "A-ah! Hey, what are you guys doing?! " She's apparently oon he vergge of screaming.

Now there are two men squaring off with Rose while a very helpful Elliot is finding her wya to her feet. Scrabbles a bit before springing up a bit. No combat experience but acrobatics? Yes. The girl is staring as the fight is beginning. "U-u-um. I should go get help. Okay..."

Ravager has posed:
As one of these shady characters advances on Rose, she ducks under his punch and kicks him in the balls, then clocks him across the face, tumbling him off the track into the grass. This guy looks like he didn't expect such a vicious defense from Rose. In face, she seems like a capable person and even smirks at the stupid tactics, "Amateur," she mutters, dusting her hands off.

Meanwhile, the other one is going after Elliot and grabs at her. Rose blinks, "No! Leave her alone!" she lets out and runs toward the situation in order to help Elliot.

Little Blackhawk has posed:
Elliot squeaks when the second person dives at her. She ducks out of the way, eyes still locked on Rose. Then he goes at her again. This time, Elliot takes a page out of her companion's play book and ducks the blow before punching him in the face, hard. It's a great punch. She looks like a skilled combatant doing it. Ellie is busy staring at her fist for a moment, eyes wide. ...When the fellow rounds on her she's screaming as he summarily grabs her without much effort. Does she know how to fight or not?She definitely, definitely has a set of pipes on her.

Ravager has posed:
The thug steps back for a moment as he's punched by Elliot, and Rose grins as she defends herself, but seems determined to help her once the thug recovers and grabs her. "Alright jackass, that's enough," she says and punches him in the back to get his attention, then delivers a series of elbows that look like some kind of practiced delivery.

The guy doubles over and Rose helps him headfirst into the grass. Rose rubs her elbows defensively and smirks, then looks up at Elliot, "Hey, you alright? You're okay, right?" she asks.

Little Blackhawk has posed:
"Huh? Do I have a- right... I,um. woah. That was awesome! You beat up both those guys! I can't do anything like that. Do you do martial arts? Thank you. You totally saved my life. I don't even have any idea why they were trying to grab me." Giggling, Elliot takes a deep breath and then turns to loo karound before settling her gaze squarely onto Rose.

"Oop. They're leaving. Um. Oh well. My name is Elliot. I guess the run is kind of ruined now..." The blodne bobs from left to right. She's always in motion.

Ravager has posed:
Rose puts her hands on her hips and looks like she's trying to carefully listen to Elliot, "Uh huh. Okay," she mutters as she stands, "Yeah, they were trying to hurt you...and me, I'm not sure why," she says as she glances over at the grass for a second.

"I'm Rose," she says in a more friendly way than before, "Let's go, c'mon. Before something /else/ screws up my day," she suggests, motioning to a shortcut away from the path.

Little Blackhawk has posed:
"Roses?" A blink. Elliot seems confused for a second, brows furrowing, bu then she shrugs her shoulders. "I don't have flowers here, but. Anyway! Okay, sure. Let's go." Elliot follows Rose ontot he path without a second thought. She's bouncing on the balls of her feet as she moves, somehow maintaining a decent pace. "Where are we going?"

Ravager has posed:
Motioning to herself, Rose Wilson says, "My name's Rose Wilson. Hey, what's yours?" she wonders as she leads Elliot down the path, "What? Oh, well I don't want to answer any questions, do you?" she asks rhetorically. She steps out of the trees and crosses over onto the sidewalk, "I thought I'd be jogging all morning. Thought it'd be fun, you know? You like joggging too, right?" she asks, "Hey, wanna get a coffee?" she suggests as she walks to the corner.

Little Blackhawk has posed:
"Elliot," the girl states in a rather patient tone, though she furrows her brows as she considers this for a moment or so, "And questions seem like they would probably take awhile. Coffee is better. Sure!" She nods her head quickly and does not hesitate into folloing Rose out onto the sidewalk. The way Elliot walks is almost like a dance. Why take the straightest possible line as a path down a sidewalk when one can move from with a swaying gait the produces long curves across the pavement. Other than that people might be coming the other way, of course.

Ravager has posed:
Smiling again, Rose Wilson steps up into the coffee house and thumbs at Elliot, indicating to her to follow her to a booth nearby, "I don't usually beat up guys in the park," she explains, "But you seemed like you needed help--no offense, I mean, that was a good left hand. Nice and sharp," she complements Elliot and smiles again. She motions to the booth, then points at a lil coffee girl nearby, "Hey two coffee's miss. Thanks," she tells her.
