Omnis has posed:
Smiling, the new Heroine known as Omnes sits atop a roof watchin St. Margaret's Church across the way. She idly kicks a leg as she eats on a sandwich. She frowns some as the woman talks to the priest and then goes inside. She shifts somewhat uncomfortably as the woman looks back in the direction of the alleyway before turning to go inside. She's safe now, that's what matters. The guy who mugged her is laying unconcious in the alleyway and the cops were on their way. Not to mention, the woman is safe. That's what matters.

She takes another bite of her sandwich and then sighs as she looks over the grounds next to the church and at the gate leading in. She shakes her head briefly and then just flops on her side on the ledge, "Bah."

Power Girl has posed:
    Making very little sound, Power Girl floats her way lower towards the church as Omnes eats her sandwich. Curiosity has gotten the better of her for the moment. She does float there for a moment, behind Omnes, until finally she tilts her head. "I thought I heard a scuffle down here, but it seems you handled it...I'm guessing. Right?"

Omnis has posed:
"Yep, it's no problem! I took...care..." She blinks and looks up and over to see Power Girl floating there and then shifts with some amazing alacrity up to her feet. She blinks a few times and the blue aura that flows around her grows somewhat more visible, though brighter wouldn't quite be the right term. Power Girl would likely notice how the area around this girl is easily around 15 degrees colder than the temperature was. She smiles brightly, "I, yes, took care of it, him, them." She points, "The problem." She gives a peace symbol and nods, "I'm Omnes and you're, wow, you're Power Girl." She chuckles and grins wider, "Good to meet me...umm you. Umm good of me to meet you." She clears her throat, "Pretty sure you know what I mean."

Power Girl has posed:
    Power Girl seems to have been in this situation before, and takes her mistakes rather calmly, but still giggles a little. "Good to see you helped someone....Omnes, right? That latin?" She then thinks for a moment. "I haven't been around too long so some of the languages I'm not brushed up on." She then raises an eyebrow. "Did you just....lower the temperature around you?" She then smirks playfully. "Are you giving me the cold shoulder?" And she puts her hands on her hips....

Omnis has posed:
"Sorta, I kinda played with the word a little. It basically means All, all persons and things. One for all." She shrugs and then chuckles, "It's a nerdy thing but I like it." She then looks up at Power Girl and then blinks before looking to the side, "I, ha, no." She grins a little and then looks up at Power Girl, "Sorry, if it comes across like that. I just kinda do that. The aura, the cold. It's part of who I am. Cold hands means warm heart, they say. I'm all cold so my heart must be super warm!" She chuckles and nods her head before looking up again, the blush just creeping into what is visible of her cheeks, "Sorry, I'm kinda, well, I'm a fan." She shrugs, "You, Wonder Woman, Superman...you all are pretty awesome."

Power Girl has posed:
    "Thank you, but I made the joke to loosen you up." Power Girl then shrugs. "Sometimes I make bad jokes. Even right in the middle of a fight. It's not always sunshine and rainbows though. But...thank you for being a fan. Just realize I'm a person too." She then looks down at the roof. "What happened?"

Omnis has posed:
A look over in the alleyway, "Oh, some guy was trying to mug that poor woman, perhaps more. Typical creep type." She nods her head, "I've seen them around on the news and in person." She nods her head and then looks up at Power Girl, "So I punched him." She raies a fist, "Right in the gut." She chuckles, "And he went down like a sack of potatoes. He's fine...well, fine-ish." She nods her head, "And then I directed the girl to go to the church and call the police." She then shrugs, "Then I hopped up here." She nods, "I guess that's kinda the whole story. Not relaly exciting." She chuckles and rubs a hand up through her hair, "Honestly, I don't know what to expect of New York City. I'm kinda new to here and to this." She shrugs, "Wasn't really sure how to start so I just did."

Power Girl has posed:
    "Many superheroes have more humble beginnings." Power Girl says. "You took out a mugger and you likely saved her life. Did you know Superman's career started by....rescuing an old lady's cat from a tree?" She then chuckles. "That was also....not too terribly exciting."

Omnis has posed:
A small laugh, "No, I really didn't know that...though I did once get to see a copy of the first newspaper picture of him in his outfit." She nods her head, "A guy had it framed up in his cafe." She smiles, "It was pretty cool." She then looks back down and smiles, "Just happy to help really. I'm faster and stronger than most people. Tough, too." She looks up with a smile, "So, I figure its only right I help. There's too much pain in the world already." She then looks down and then shifts her goggles a little and bites her lip, "Sorry, kinda rambling."

Power Girl has posed:
    "Ramble all you want, just make sure it's not to the wrong people. They can use it against you." Power Girl takes a deep breath. "As long as you're happy to help. Not everyone will appreciate it, but I think you'll do fine...Omnes."

Omnis has posed:
"Hey, uh thanks." She states and then smiles, "Honestly, I kinda seem like I talk to myself a lot. Kinda nice to not be rambling to the air. Sorta." She then looks to the left a moment and then smiles a little at what seems to be the city before looking over at Power Girl again, "And I'm not worried about those that appreciate it." She shakes her head, "I am just gonna make sure that people are safe." She then floats up a little, though it isn't exactly with perfect balance, "I can fly, too." She chuckles, "So, uh, what brings you out here? I didn't really expect to see anyone, well, like yourself."

Power Girl has posed:
    "You just started with all of this, didn't you?" Power Girl asks Omnes as she sees her fly up with a little loss of control. "I heard the mugging from Metropolis...and I flew this way. But you took care of it before I got here." She then grins. "Good job."

Omnis has posed:
"Whoa, you can hear from that far? Man, I thought my senses were different..." She hmms and then coughs, "Umm, anyway. Yeah, thanks." She smiles and then looks down, "And well, I didn't exactly just start with it, so to speak. It's complicated. I just, kinda didn't practice some things as much as I practiced others." She then shrugs a little and lands, "I am way better at running and jumping."

Power Girl has posed:
    "I don't know how you're able to fly, honestly, but after a while for me, it became rather natural. Just need to practice it a little." Power Girl tilts her head. "How are you flying anyways?"

Omnis has posed:
"Uh, well." She shifts some in her spot before looking to the side and then saying, "Well, I mean, how are you?" She asks and looks at Power Girl, "You just can and so can I?" She asks and then states, "I mean, it is what it is." She shrugs and then smiles, "I didn't really think I would be going over my origin story here." She chuckles and brushes a hand through her hair.

Power Girl has posed:
    "It becomes complicated, yeah. I'm just asking so it'd make it easier for you to fly." Power Girl just goes into an explaination on how hard it was for a baby to walk, and now they do it naturally. So flying is the parallel.

Omnis has posed:
"Oh, well, I mean, I kinda never really thought about it before." She states, "I kinda get how I do some things but, well, flying is kinda based on something." She shrugs, "I guess. Maybe my fighting spirit trying to escape?" She grins and then laughs, "That's lame. I really don't know. I just kinda am able to. Sadly, I don't have a lot of answers."

Power Girl has posed:
    "Is that like Dragonball Z? Where the main character sound like they're really really constipated and they're.....you know...I'm not finishing that sentence." Power Girl then laughs at herself. "Neither do I. But, just trying to help. I guess I could get going though."

Omnis has posed:
A small smile and she chuckles, "Yeah, though I do kinda..." She shifts to the side, "Umm, anyway. Yeah." She looks up with a grin as she shifts in her spot a little, "Probalby lots of lives that need saving." She gives a nods and clenches a fist, "I should get going, too. Enough time wasted and also...I probably should check in on my day job. So to speak. Being a hero doesn't pay much." SHe then waves, "See you around, maybe?" She shrugs and then turns and runs along the ledge she is before leaping high into the air and easily landing on a higher roof and then keeping onward.

Power Girl has posed:
    "Of course, Omnes. You'll likely see me around more than you realize." Power Girl says as Omnes runs off and leaps through the air. "Another defender for New York. Glad I don't have to worry too much about here." Power Girl says before she flies up and takes off towards Metropolis. Omnes would hear a sonic boom a few seconds later, signaling Power Girl's departure.
