Sam needs to chat with Megan.

Synopsis:	Sam talks to Pixie and sets up more training.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie has sent Megan a message he wishes to talk to her. He tells her where he should be in the next little bit. He will be in the Rec room waiting to talk to her a bit.

Pixie has posed:
Megan Gwynn was a little anxious to see Sam, knowing that Bobby was not too pleased with how she rushed at that Sentinel the other day, but what's done is done. She steps into the rec room, yawning and stretching as she looks around, surprised he chose such a casual setting. Peering around she spies a Sam and nods and smiles at him. "Hi, Mister Guthrie, hope I'm not late.."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie looks over and says "Please call me Sam, no need for the Mr. I needed to talk to you a bit, about something that happened the other day while you were in Mutant town, with the sentinel incident.

Pixie has posed:
Megan Gwynn draws a deep breath and nods, "Yeah, I remember..Am I in trouble? I just wanted to help..." she pouts a little, her wings dropping some. She has always been eager to please her team leader and feels she has disappointed him..

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie says, "Well, we are going to need to work on it some. you need to listen to who ever is taking lead in the field. Is there a reason you did not?"

Pixie has posed:
Megan Gwynn frowns and shrugs, "Well, to be fair, those Sentinels were closest to me and Shannon in the sky, and when that shield came up to protect those on the ground, it seemed to make more sense to do what I could to slow em down..Plus, Shannon was already checking on the injured mutant, and to me it made more sense with her healing powers.." she sighs, "I guess things happened so very fast, and then Polaris was there, and she nearly got seriously hurt by a Sentinel blast. I suppose with how close I was to her, it made more sense to try and help her than to just runaway..Afterall, Isn't it our jobs to help out, rather than run and hide? Isn't that what all the practices in the danger room were about?"

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie hmms and nods a bit to this and says "Ok, well tell me, what you planned to do against the sentinel?" He will ask as he moves to get himself a dr. pepper motioning to see if she wants a soda.

Pixie has posed:
Megan Gwynn smiles, "Well, after I stunned it, I teleported a car to land on it's head, which actually worked really well,and then I threw a dagger which blocked up it's arm blaster. Illy's been helping me train in my magic and it's really helping. I guess I'm just not used to working under Bobby's leadership and maybe he isn't that familiar with my powers, but yes, next time I guess I'll have to follow his orders and communicate more closely. I'm really sorry.."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie looks to her and says "Well when someone is leading a group often they have plans that counts on things working together. Ah will admit you have progress a bit more than Ah had thought. If the kid had been alive still, you going to him would have been better than Shannon. If he was alive, and Shannon tried to heal him, she would have been pretty much incaped. Where if you had gotten to him, you could have gotten him help and been back in just a few seconds.

Pixie has posed:
Megan Gwynn nods, "That's true, but can't she heal pretty well as it is? He could have easily died in the way there. But you're right, Bobby had his reasons for wanting me to come to his aid first. I guess getting him out of the danger zone quickly would have been better. And faster. And I guess I was confused when Shannon said she would get to him and that I should stay back and fight the sentinel.."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie says, "Shannon heals quicker than normal, but to heal him, she would have taken his injuries like she did you ankle. Healing the sprain took her a few hours, so how long do you think having her black blown off would take? Plus remember Shannon is a lot less trained. I am going to be doing more danger room sessions, and some special ones where you will be tested on how quickly you can respond to an order."

Pixie has posed:
Megan Gwynn nods, actually realizing she doesn?t know much about the extent of Shannon's powers, and probably shouldn?t have listened to her suggestions even if they sounded like a good idea at the time. "Right, right, I'm sorry, my bad. I'll do better next time, I promise, and definitely more danger room sessions would be helpful." truth be told, she's been slipping lately, maybe it was because she totally relaxed over summer and is still trying to get back into things since her short vacation.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie nods his head and says "I will be swapping up who is leading the missions some in the danger room as well, so once a week or so you will be in charge of one and be responsible for the others in it.

Pixie has posed:
Megan Gwynn blinks, "Really?" she has never led a scenario before, and with her rather impulsive tendencies, Megan isn"t sure how she?d do, but.."Alright. I'll work super hard and you'll be proud of me. You'll see!" her dark eyes sparkle, eager to prove that she can take orders and be a good team member, even if she did slack off over summer vacay.

Samuel Guthrie nods his head a bit and says "Ah want each of you to know a bit what it is like to be in charge, that way if you feel you need to do something other than what is told to you, you know what it is like for a leader, as well being willing to back up your decision.
