       Through his emotional insight, Georgie can understand an opponent's method of thinking and fighting, thus anticipating their moves. Once he understands the enemy's strategy, he is able to find their flaws and weaknesses, enabling him to take most normal opponents down with little effort. This understanding also makes him decidely hard to surprise in close quarters, as he can sense the emotional intent to do him harm.

Georgie can force others to experience all their deepest phobias, failures and losses at once, rendering them unconscious or in such a demented state that it causes temporary catatonia.

As such, he has access to certain privileged medical records and is protected by a measure of patient confidentiality. He also can afford a fairly nice apartment, to eat out most nights, frequent the clubs, and sport a pretty nice ride. While not rich, he is decidedly a member of the top 25% ($90,000/year +). Thanks to smart investing, he's on the cusp of breaking the top 10% ($140,000/year +).

< Loyal to a Fault >-----------------------------

        Georgie is one of the most true friends one can make. He'll defend those he befriends to the last, whether hero or villain. This isn't to say that he'll stay friends with someone that treats him poorly, but so long as they treat him right he's a stalwart friend.

< Night Life >--------------------------------

        Georgie likes to dance and drink. He's a regular at clubs, although they tend to be the ones catering to the LGBT crowds. It often is what he ends up doing rather than 'patrols' around his little niche of Gotham.

< Optimistic >--------------------------------

        Georgie wants to believe in people. He wants to trust them. He wants to be friendly. If someone has plausible deniability, he's usually willing to run with it. This means that he's fairly easy to take advantage of by the unscrupulous.

< Psychic Vampire >------------------------------

        Georgie's power comes at a price. Now and then he has to feed on particularly strong emotion. Sorrow is the most satisfying, sustaining him for a full month. Lesser emotions of equal potency such as Terror, Rage or Bliss sate him for a couple weeks at most. Lesser emotions that are controlled are more like snacks, lasting days or even only hours. His feeding requires physical contact, but is subtle enough to be a gentle gesture of comfort to a hurting patient. The victim of his hunger finds the emotion intensified during the feeding and is left both physically and emotionally exhausted afterwards. Georgie typically only indulges at work where it is likely to go unnoticed.

< The Hunger >-------------------------------- When hungry, Georgie becomes an emotional monster. His mood shifts as quickly as a breeze with all the control of a junkie needing a fix. It should also be noted that his hunger grows far more rapidly when his powers are used.
