Synopsis:	A danger room session turns chaotic as some students turn against each other

Phoenix has posed:\<br\>The Danger Room has a scheduled training event today, and although Jean is feeling a bit off lately, she did promise some training sessions. There are some more experienced Xmen mixed in with younger students, and it's likely one of the veterans will have to take a leadership role.\<br\>\<br\>Sitting in the control room overlooking the grid-like training room, Jean punches in some controls, and the landscape quickly shifts, from bland grids to a tropical island setting. It's pretty warm and humid here, with a beach side greeting the mutants and large tropical trees lining a thick rainforest further in.\<br\>\<br\>"Greetings, Xmen. Today your mission will be to work as a team to track down three kidnapped mutants. Find them, discover what the enemy has planned for them and defeat those that attempt to stop you. I leave it to you to decide who to put in charge. This mission is timed. Good Luck."

Wolverine has posed:\<br\> Logan and Angelica are in the backyard. The pair are just talking, doing the standard thing. That's when a watch, that he rarely wears starts going off. It totally interrupts the moment. \<br\>\<br\> Looking toward the redhead with him, then his watch. "Heh," the gears are clearly turning in Logan's head. \<br\>\<br\> "Got yer dancin' shoes," before she can answer he'll add a few things. "The special ones. From -Canada-," he says that last word with a lot of emphasis. "Get drerssed. Meet me at my room in ten. Yer gonna see somethin' tonight," he says firmly and starts to walk back into the school. \<br\>\<br\> Logan heads up to his room and puts on the uniform. Slipping into the familiar blue and yellow. Even pulling the mask over his face. Stepping outside the heavy footfalls fo his boots follow. \<br\>\<br\> When she arrives, Logan will guide her to an elevator that's private. He'll hit a few buttons. "Canada ain't the only place wit' secrets," although this secret is somewhat poorly kept if someone asks him. \<br\>\<br\> And the pair are in the sub-basement. Moving through the hallways that are more akin to a headquarters than a school. Each door is metallic, oval, with an X on a few of them. Then he moves to a particular door, it opens up. \<br\>\<br\> That's when the danger room greets the pair, "Like I said, yer gonna see somethings," he says and it's not too long after that Jean gets on speaker.

Boom-Boom has posed:\<br\>Tabitha doesn't exactly have herself a uniform yet. She'd been too busy between settling back in to the school and trying to figure out exactly what and how to tech the auto-shop class when the new semester starts after summer. So any time spent in the Danger Room, she gravitates towards clothes that could be a bit more street. \<br\>\<br\>In this case old but still dark blue jeans, rips in favious places and fraying where maybe she's taken a few falls from her bike. An orange halter necked sports bra. Black motorcycle boots, a mostly matching set of belt, wrist cuffs and collar in red spiky leather and some RayBans with red tinted lenses on her nose. \<br\>\<br\>While not quite actually an X-Man, and not a student, the new Teacher did volunteer to tag along on the training mission. Gotta get those feet wet again if she plans on actually stepping up. When the simulation starts and the paramaters are given the blonde chuckles. Already looking for tracks and other signs of where someone might get snagged. "So, tracks, tracks, tracks. How much detail the Danger Holodeck gonna give is. Sights, check, sounds, check, smells? I dunno?" The blonde trying to tread carefully, seems like maybe she might have picked up a few skills over the years away from the X-Life.

Firestar has posed:\<br\> Angelica, for her part, agrees and goes to change when Logan tells her. When she emerges from her room she is wearing the classic yellow gear that fades into red at her boots and gloves. As she emerges into the Danger Room with Logan she pulls on the red mask that hides her identity. She doesn't need it tonight, but train how you fight. \<br\>\<br\> "This place is something." she agrees softly. When Jean comes over the speaker, she quiets to listen. Noting Tabitha's presence she offers a nod her direction and processes the directions quietly.

Phoenix has posed:\<br\>There are signs of life here. Footprints in the sand leading towards a pathway through the thick tropical forest, broken twigs, flattened grass. Looks like quite the party travelled through here, maybe six people or so. One of those footprints are very big. Logan May pick up various scents -the familiar scents of three young mutant students, and three scents of larger older mutant enemies of the Xmen..\<br\>\<br\>The Xmen will have to travel deeper into the forest to find more information on which way the trail leads.

Wolverine has posed:\<br\> Speaking into the comlink on his chest, "Jean. Firestar's gonna need the invite when this is done," and Logan slips into serious mood. Taking a few sniffs, familiarity slaps him in the face. Hard. \<br\>\<br\> "Least the weather's better," he says quietly and tries to pick up the scnt. He's trying to sus through the scents. Suddenly, some new smells enter the fray. His eyes narrows as he tries to latch onto the bigger ones. \<br\>\<br\> "Stay on guard. Tryin' to get a trail. Three students missin' n' at least three thorns gettin' ready to pierce our sides. Be ready," he says to the group letting them know that this is not all peaches and creme.

Firestar has posed:\<br\> Nodding mostly to herself, Angelica takes the information and then rises to the sky. Not way up, but high enough to get a better lay of the land,"Unless you object I am going to take a high altitude recon Logan." she comments quietly, knowing he will hear her. \<br\>\<br\> The mention of three thorns in their side causes a grim expression cross her features. She rises a little higher, getting an idea about where the tracks might go or looking to see if there is an obvious end to the woods.

Boom-Boom has posed:\<br\>"Fake humidity is not better than outside in the real world." Boom-Boom says playfully and points out the tracks. "This gonna be one of those deals where something in the woods tries to pick us off one by one? Here I am without a minigun." it didn't help anyone in Predator. \<br\>\<br\>"Get us that birds eye view Firestar!" she encourages and grins. "Thorns. I've had worse than thorns trying to poke me!" she adds. Somethings despite all she's been through, that weird sense of humor of hers never left. But she does seem to keep her head on a decent swivel.

Phoenix has posed:\<br\>As Firestar arches into the sky, she will spy a large inactive volcano about 4 km away. It has an interesting metallic door carved into the side of it and that seems to be the only entry way in. It also seems to be the only remotely man-made structure in sight for miles around. A loud screech is suddenly heard from behind her and suddenly a giant vicious pterodactyl is diving towards her!\<br\>\<br\>Down below, Tabitha and Logan will have no trouble following those tracks, as clearly the kids' captors made no effort to be subtle in any way. However, the thorny vines seem to be moving, slithering closer towards the two of them, attempting to wrap around them and slash at them with deadly sharp thorns!

Firestar has posed:\<br\> "Logan. There is a volcano up there, appears dormant." Angelica comments a little louder, but not overly,"There is a door built into the side of..." \<br\>\<br\> The conversation stops in an instant and Angelica twists in the air to make an aerial "side step" for the pterodactyl. She turns around once it is past and gives it a burst of heat energy into one wing. Not enough to cut it off, but enough to hurt like the blazes and make the aerodynamics very tricky to stay in the air,"Jurassic Park, the air show." she growls to herself and settles into a potential combat scenario. Give it the warning shot first. Maybe it will take the hint.

Boom-Boom has posed:\<br\>Boom-Boom may just have more rips on those jeans by the end of the training session. But it lets her deal with it easy enough. Sharp and pointy they might be. They're still plants. And plants maybe kind of still catch fire. \<br\>\<br\>A glowing ball of plasma ignites in her palms and Tabby is already throwing them, counting down. "Three... two... one!..." \<br\>\<br\>BOOMs a couple of solid and firey explosions following while she hops back trying to disentangle one thorny vine thing from around her thighs. The blonde wincing as pointy parts pierce skin as much as denim. "Ouch, frakking! Maybe forth date before we do that!" she jokes and sends a small but concentrated stream of plasma directly at the vine around her ankle not being used for balance and hopping. \<br\>\<br\>This is a far from graceful display but the stream of plasma might just be something no one at the school has seen Tabby do before.

Phoenix has posed:\<br\>The bird screeches in pain as it's wingtip is burnt by a trail of fire. When it turns around, it's move to are wobbly and awkward but it catches itself well enough from falling. Those wings must be pretty tough! With another angry screech it charges at Firestar with brake and claws unfurled, attempting to slash and bite anything it can grab ahold of.\<br\>\<br\>Down below, the plants are pretty damn persistent, attempting to wind tightly around anything they can get hold of. Fortunately they don't like fire much, or sharp claws that slice and burn them. Pieces of plant go flying every which way, but more plants take their place, attempting to slow them down at the very least.

Wolverine has posed:\<br\> "Shnkt!" the claws come out and he tries to cut into the vines moving toward them. First going for himself. If possible, and the threat dies down, then he wil lgo to help Tabitha. Tendrils are a lot like oxygen masks, best to take care of your problem before you help out others. \<br\>\<br\> "I think we're in the Savage Land," he says over the com that he's unsure if Angelica has access to in this moment. \<br\>\<br\> Looking back to Tabitha, "Let em' have it. If ya see an open mouth, aim fer it. Only take the shot if it's clear. No casualties." Logan thinks this might be like putting a fire cracker inside a flower bulb, if done right. \<br\>\<br\> Speaking loudly, "Firestar, not the time to worry 'bout hurtin' others," he says to the woman, trying to signal to her to take off the kid gloves. \<br\>\<br\> There's a method to Logan's madness. They might see it later this evening.

Firestar has posed:\<br\> A deep breath and Angelica sighs,"Well. It's not like I didn't try to play nice." she growls. It is a hologram after all. Though it is an enclosed area she knows sometimes you have to do the bad things. Her powers come up a notch,"Just incase Lycos is connected to you." she places both hands infront of herself and the energy that comes out is intense, hot, and she flies at the creature behind the blast. \<br\>\<br\> At the last second she veers left and then hard right, flying over the creature's back again, the energy going deep this time. She easily fries through steel so unlikely this time will have much in the way of wings this time.

Boom-Boom has posed:\<br\>The thorns are just getting annoying, or at least the pain they are inflicting is getting so. "God frakking damn, ouch. Screw this. Logan, get your shortstack butt closer to me. I'm making us some room!" she states and makes sure the man on the ground with her. \<br\>\<br\>The woman steps herself into a more martial guard stance at first then moves forward with a sway of her arms that looks more like she's twirling and about to dance. On the second turn, each hand starts streaming plasma, hot, and as much blast force as a shotgun that had a baby with a flamethrower. \<br\>\<br\>"Guess now as good a time as any to show off!" she admits while the streams move and fly at her direct psionic control, twisting and turning in wide arcing circles to keep as many of the thorns off herself and Wolverine. If there's plant maws, then she's feeding something spicy to Audrey. Hopefully freeing up movement while the plasma moves far enough off the ground to try and not destroy any remaining tracks. Or fill the air with fresh ozone from all the bioelectricity being channeled through Boom-Boom's body and into the air around her. \<br\>\<br\>"Hopefully the volcano is where we can find everyone." she says with a flatter tone, more determined to get the job done than goof off.

Phoenix has posed:\<br\>Between Logan and Tabitha, the plants are slowed down enough to make running the rest of the way to the volcano fairly easy. Hopefully they won't stop to enjoy the scenery! A rumble of thunder in the distance and the light patter of water drops signify an impending thunderstorm, which will make tracking down the mutant histages harder than ever.\<br\>\<br\>Meanwhile, Firestar's fancy air gymnastics combined with her flashy pyrotechnics high make quick work of the giant flying dinosaur. With a final screech it falls and crashes to the ground, unmoving..\<br\>\<br\>But can they get to the volcano base in time..?

Wolverine has posed:\<br\> Seeing the vines, and other plant life, back off, a paln forms. "You got the front. I'll get the back. Think of a spread shot, like a sawed off," Logan grumps and he starts to move letting Tabitha get a head of him. Moving quick to the volcano, Logan wonders if they're going to turn this place into a forest fire soon. \<br\>\<br\> Still, if anything tries to get them from behind, there will be a quick and merciless swipes ging toward the green. \<br\>\<br\> "Nicework up there, Firestar," Logan will yell, unsure if Angelica can hear. "Move," he says knowing that all three of them may need to put some muscle into it. So, he's running as quickly as possible here. \<br\>\<br\> "Keep our path clear Boom-Boom n' I'll owe ya some of my beer," she knows how he is stingy about that. This is his way of saying she's doing a good job. Logan just knows Tabitha likes -his- booze. Angelica prefers Whiskey, if his memory serves him well.

Firestar has posed:\<br\> Mindful of any more flying shenanigans, Angelica hovers over the pair for a moment, making sure everyone is in one piece and then turns on the speed. Not as fast a some, but fast. This low makes her seem even faster. \<br\>\<br\> As she approaches the door, she remains mindful of her surroundings, watching for anything coming out of the wood work as it were. If nothing appears she sets herself up and away from the door a little, blasting down into the metal of it with intent to melt.

Boom-Boom has posed:\<br\>Tabitha's favorite booze is 'Free' booze. Or swiping it to annoy someone, but earned booze is just as good. So she keeps the plasma fires burning so to speak. \<br\>\<br\>The blasting keeps cleaning spaces so the two on the ground have plenty of room to run and get some speed. The explosions directed in front of her and Logan so he isn't pulling stuf out of his chest. Nor she hers. \<br\>\<br\>Tabby can move pretty quickly. There was a time she had to out fun her own blasts. \<br\>\<br\>"Feel's like Firestar is opening the front door, so you night wanna get new boots after. And probably get ready for something meatier to stab at?" she ponders as she gets her joking steam back for now.

Phoenix has posed:\<br\>Wolverine and Boom Boom cut a wide path of destruction before them, making it easy to reach the volcano in record time. There is a narrow, rocky and steep pathway leading to the volcano entrance and fortunately Firestar's heat is powerful enough to blast a hold through the steel entrance.Within lays a vast darkness leading to who knows where.\<br\>\<br\>Somewhere in the darkness one can hear terrified screams..Wait, are those the kids?

Wolverine has posed:\<br\> And the scream gets Logan's attention. "Cover me!" He pushes through the door knowing that his healing factor could take any of the burning. Ocean blue eye slooking and the nose taking afew rused sniffs trying to get to the source of the scream. The claws still out and ready to attack. It's rushed, probably an ambush, but that's why Logan is going in first. Sometimes the pawns get sent into battle first. Other times it's the person most likely to take whatever hit is waiting for hte team. He's planning on the latter.

Firestar has posed:\<br\> Firestar pauses at the door. She heards the voices and strains her eyes in an attempt to see. When Logan heads in, able to see or not Angelica follows,"I can light the way, but it makes us sitting ducks." she mutters softly under her breath. \<br\>\<br\> Hating the idea of being in the middle, she floats towards the wall a little and does her best to strain any light at all,"Note to self, night vision goggle." she mutters at barely a whisper,"Tabby. Can you make anything out?"

Boom-Boom has posed:\<br\>It's time saved, energy too. Boom-Boom might have just as easily been able to slag the door but it's energy she needs to save kids. So when it's a big enough hole that they can get through Tabby heads on in through the glowy molten entrance, flicking some of the melted metal off her shoulders and making an eww sound. "So glad I have some clothes made from unstable molecules." to Tabby it might as well be candlewax dripping on her. She can feel the heat but isn't burned. Sports bras, what may be under her jean, being shorts. Not a uniform but she won't end up being naked by accident on account of her powers. \<br\>\<br\>Logan running ahead gets a grin. Behind him she floats another spheroid ball of plasma, bright enough to cast light into the darkness ahead of him. \<br\>\<br\>A couple more orbit herself as she jogs after the shorter man. "Rescuing kids as a smash and grab. If I find them, I can get them lose while you guys handle the resistance. If the kids are angry enough I may just bring them as back up so they can vent and decompress. I know I've needed to after a long time chained up with no funsies."

Phoenix has posed:\<br\>It doesn't take long for Logan's nose to lead them through the long dank corridor and into a large cavernous room that has been carved into a homely makeshift laboratory. There's a lovely green Persian rug on the floor, a big oak desk against one wall full of test tubes, beakers full of chemicals, a hot plate and numerous other apparati. A large bookcase leans against the adjacent wall, full of books on numerous scientific studies, theories and practices, though most are focused on genetic manipulation and mutations.\<br\>\<br\>The source of screams is coming from three large cells along the opposite wall, each holding a young mutant, the mutants from the mountains.Their arms are chained to the walls and the bars on the cages buzz with electric energy.\<br\>\<br\>The owner of the laboratory appears to be away right now but..Surely he did not leave this place unguarded? \<br\>\<br\>Up above in the observation balcony, Jean makes a surprised, almost pained sound and for a moment the holographic room seems to flicker as if there was a glitch..

Wolverine has posed:\<br\> Growling low, Logan darts tot he holding cells. Checkign to see the locking mechanism, he tries to swipe at the control panel or lock. Anything that can be used to break the lock and give him access to the actual holding cells. There is a brief pause in his motions. Jean's reaction makes him look up. A brow raises under the mask. It's somethign that catches his attention.

Firestar has posed:\<br\> Light. Light is good. Sure they are exposed, but light. Firestar rises towards the ceiling to enter the room, looking down over the place. She sweeps her gaze over once and then she pulls up as well. Her attention moves back towards the main control room,"Ms. Grey?" she mutters and looks back towards Logan,"I know we're under a time limit, but I shold go check on her."

Boom-Boom has posed:\<br\>Tabby is following the sounds of the screams till she eventually finds the location of the bound up kids. "Okay, so who wants to get out and stretch their legs, maybe kick bad guy ass? Punch out those stresses?" she greets as she sends a series of plasma streams to blast out the locks, making sure the cells are open first and then more focused streams into the chains some safe distance from body parts. \<br\>\<br\>"Maybe try kick the cells with your boot Wolverine. We're on the clock and trying to like brute force hack a lock is gonna be slow when we can just melt metal." she suggests. \<br\>\<br\>"No bare hands. Just cause I am electrical don't mean like I'm immune to electricity. Like plugging DC power into an AC plug." she points out while working to safely cut restraints. \<br\>\<br\>The graphical glitches. Tabby might have blinked and missed it with her attention on the rescue mission.

Phoenix has posed:\<br\>Jean Grey does not respond but maybe she just encountered a glitch in the Danger Room's programming. Hard to say..\<br\>\<br\>Either way, whatever electrical barrier was previously in front of the three cells suddenly short out, making it easy to enter the cells. The kids are still chained up though but the chains don't look hard to cut through, not with the firepower these mutants possess.

Wolverine has posed:\<br\> Logan tries for claws. Slash, slash and nothing happens. Then he tries to kick them with his boot like Tabitha suggests. "RAARRRGGHH!" more slashes and swipes with the claw, and servearl kicks. The lock is making him mad. Suddenly the doors open. Taken back by that. \<br\>\<br\> Pausing for a moment, "Help the kids," Logan says to Angelica. An idea is running through his mind. "I think Jean's got a psychic link or somethin' wit' these kids. Echoes of some mutants we saved," and then he begins to work on one of the prisoners. \<br\>\<br\> Logan is workign on one. He is working on one. although, he's curious if the others can free the other two. Logan just suspects it's simply the kids connected to Jean beyond any computer programming.

Firestar has posed:\<br\> She wants to go, but knows how to follow orders. Firestar turns and flies to where the children are. She lands and walks into the first cell she comes to,"Just an illusion." she mutters to herself and then reaches up to grab both chains. \<br\>\<br\> She concentrates and turns the heat up. Her energy focuses on just one chain link to prevent a potential metal slag on the kid she is freeing. Unless this is heat resistant somehow, Firestar gives a real good lesson on what focused heat can do to metal in short order.

Boom-Boom has posed:\<br\>"So what the hell are your boot soles made of?" Tabby asks the Canadian feral. \<br\>\<br\>While it really wouldn't take long to slag the chains, these are kids, simulated as they and Tabby is not about to let them get hurt or burned. So fine control is where it's at. \<br\>\<br\>Much like with Angelica, she dials the area down to a point, several in fact. That psionic control of the direction lets her aim and make sure things are safer. It also lets her work in quantity as well. \<br\>\<br\>Plasma streams like those light trails you can get when you slow expose a moving light. Or timelapse video a busy freeway. Wisps of plasma dance from fingertips to work the kids loose. \<br\>\<br\>That much work takes some focus, and Tabby's blue eyes squint behind her glasses. The tinted lenses good for the glare caused by her own powers flaring up.

Phoenix has posed:\<br\>The danger room setting glitches again and suddenly as the chains fall away, they are not in a cavern at all but on some red rocky grim landscape with black night sky above them and hundreds of stars illuminating the darkness.\<br\>\<br\>The three kids are released, but they don't glitch like the holograms around them. Oh no, they are very real, and they each possess a very cold looking smile.\<br\>\<br\>The tall skinny boy with spiky blonde hair speaks up first, "Too bad for you, MissGrey is no longer in control of this place.." he clenched his fists and they start to turn to rock as he rushes forward to try to punch Firestar.\<br\>\<br\>The second teen, a small mint haired teen with a Bob and cute dimples (The one who tried to flirt with Logan at the barbecue) smiles wickedly at him. "Hey there hot stuff, remember me?" she clenched her hands and sends bolts of high voltage electricity flying towards him.\<br\>\<br\>The third, a tall curvy girl with curly red hair smirks at Tabitha, clenching her fists and skewing out jets of molten lava towards her. "Eat this freak!"

Wolverine has posed:\<br\> If the conversation was friendly, Logan might make a joke. It's not. And if it was, the lightning strikes Logan quick enough that no words spilled forward past the first two. Growling, Logan grits his teeth through the pain. \<br\>\<br\> How the burns from eletricity hurt in and out. How it makes flesh sizzle and muscles burn, and Logan presses forward. Growling. Rushing toward the Thunderbolt, if the cells were together he would do a different plan. Since they're seperate this one has to do. It's a gamble. Claws already out, he -lightly- stabs into the team. The reason isn't to rend flesh. It's to do something else. \<br\>\<br\> Electricity can move freely through metal. They can also increase that electrical current when charged. So, Logan's going to turn them into an ever growing loop of electricity. She probably has some immunity to the eletricity. However, with this much power surging back itno her. They're both probably going to pass out from the pain. Basically, Logan is trying to break a metaphorical lightbulb. A lightbulb will burn its brightest before going out. He's just trying to get the lightbulb to go out -with- him.

Firestar has posed:\<br\> Not really expecting that, Angelica takes a step back to adjust to the incoming strike. No time to take to the air again, instead she takes another step to the side, throwing a kick into the knee joint of the kid before the legs make like rock too. \<br\>\<br\> \<br\> In a fluid motion she slaps her open palms over the ears and makes quick with her thumbs into the eyes for a fast gouge. She isn't a great fighter, but she's brutal. A quick shove puts the rock kid into the path of Tabitha's own attack.

Boom-Boom has posed:\<br\>The scene changes on the group and Tabby looks around with a bit of confusion. "Figures things get screwy my first time back in the Dee Arr." she mutters before the 'Hostages' being rescued suddenly turn kind of hostile. \<br\>\<br\>With the curvy ginger blasting at her with molten magma. Tabby has to dodge , the heat might not be the problem as a fast moving glob hits her shoulder like a punch. It's the force and weight, she's strong despite her size but she can still be buried if she's not careful. Bad enough her pants are starting to smolder. \<br\>\<br\>"Wow, aren't you one to talk hon? How about we let out freak flag fly!" she blows a kiss at the woman with volcanic powers. \<br\>\<br\>With that comes Tabitha rushing the woman, her own fists balled up and charging plasma around them. The blonde's left fist coming in literally hot. Boom-Boom being a southpaw after all. \<br\>\<br\>"So you got a name, bet it's something lame like Erupta or something. Trust me, I know lame codenames when I make them up! Also like Freak, how Freak? Nice to know why I'm being insulted beyond some basic bitch bullshit like that! Gimme something to work with!" \<br\>\<br\>Both the left and right fists she swings each come with a hefty short range blast, hopefully to knock the admittedly attractive but hostile redhead into her cohorts trying to put down the mutants that had been attempting to save them not so long ago.

Phoenix has posed:\<br\>Lightning girl can hold a lot of charge and she holds onto Logan, hoping to electrocute him first. unfortunately she has her limits and she soon overloads, glowing brightly before she screams and passes out.\<br\>    Rock boy has better luck, the rest of his body turning to solid rock as the poke to the eyes does little and he attempts to pummel her into the ground!\<br\>    Fire girl is momentarily stunned by Tabby's explosive fists but it seems she has some immunity to her attacks, her own fists lighting up in molten flame to match at least some of her punches.

Firestar has posed:\<br\> A few attempts at pummeling have Firestar stumbling back. She starts to fall, but bad news for rock boy falling means little when she takes flight. She rises up out of reach of the rock menace and both hands focus. Boom-Boom has posed:\<br\>"You'd think the guy with the healing factor would be the one staying up longer." Tabby mutters while she slugs it out with mis antagonistic pyrokinetic. Those lava blast punches pack some oomph. And the heat thee two women and Firestar are throwing about, Tabby's pants are long gone and she's pretty7 much fighting in a dull orange pair of booty shorts to match the halter top. \<br\>\<br\>Firestar's exit strategy gets a nod of her head. "Logan first. If this is still the danger room, he needs to get dunked in like all the aloe vera, and will need beer. I can buy you time Firestar. See if I can blow out the emitters, Jean's probably working the problem on her end." Tabby suggests and starts winding up a larger and larger blast. \<br\>\<br\>The remaining fighters, the rock boy, and the flame girl get a grin. "If it wasn't for our frriend there we'd be seeing just how hot we can get in here. And not just a blonde, two redheads, whatever hair color miss bug zapper has going on." by now Tabby's bomb is lifted over head to better charge with more room. "I can probably survive this. Can you guys?"

Phoenix has posed:\<br\>Rock guy is only effective on the ground and he snarls as Firestar takes to the skies. He hired chunks of rock at her but she proves too agile for him and her fire is too hot, nearly melting him down to molten rock before he shrieks and passes out, shifting back to human form.\<br\>\<br\>That leaves lava girl although it seems she can handle heat but not explosives just as well. Tabby's bombs win out and sending her blasting back into the air and hitting a wall, knocking her out.\<br\>\<br\>By this time, one would think the DR session would end but Jean is suddenly non responsive and if one looks up to the control room she is passed out oddly enough. The three teens, though injured, too injured to fight, cackle evilly. "Too bad about your Head mistress, we took care of her!"\<br\>\<br\>Well, hopefully Logan at least has the override code to get them all to safety, no doubt the kids who are clearly possessed or something, will be taken to the brig. As for Jean she may need to be taken to Med Bay..

Boom-Boom has posed:\<br\>The weird planet environment is still running when the fight ends. Three kids out cold. Firestar trying find just where the hell Logan is getting too. That leaves Tabby checking on the downed kids. And maybe completely turned around so much she doesn't actually know which way the door is. \<br\>\<br\>"Hopefully you kids don't feel too crappy waking up. Or feel possessed. I'm not supposed to be spanking students. Or was it spanking in general. I mean fourth date stuff. Should have double checked with Jean." she mutters to herself as she looks down at her tatters clothes, sooted and dirty orange shorts and halter necked sports bra, a few scraps of denim that were once a full pair of jeans hanging from spiky leather belt in red, matching the cuffs and collar at her wrists and neck. Motorcycle boots look like they could have seen better days. \<br\>\<br\>"SO! Anyone actually able to turn this crazy thing off?" she yells, whether or not anyone else beside Logan and Firestar off where she can see can here her.

Gambit has posed:\<br\>The fact the emergency light is on is enough to get Remy's heart racing... which ironically makes him more calm. Makes him more focused. He touches the keypad on the control room and speaks in a calm plain voice. "Over ride lockdown. Aut'orization LeBeau, Remy. Security code Zero, Zero, Zero, Zero, One." The light turns from red to green and he rushes inside. ~Jeanie, can you hear me. I need to know the situation before things go further sideways.~

Phoenix has posed:\<br\>Logan may have got knocked out at the same time he overloaded the green haired girl. Either way, when Remy runs in he will find three teens plus Logan knocked out on the ground. As for Jean she is in the control room up above but hunched over as if unconscious as well..\<br\>\<br\>H, and the setting that greets Remy is a grim foreign planet with dusty red earth, two moons and a dark sky through which hundreds of stars light up up the night.\<br\>\<br\>Firestar must have also been knocked out or at least stunned by the attacks as only Tabitha is standing and responsive.

Boom-Boom has posed:\<br\>The control room door opens and there's a Cajun. One that is apparently not dead considering the last time Boom-Boom saw the man. Not that Tabby can tell what's going on. The booth window still hidden under holograms. She yells loudly. "We got kids and well teachers down." she points out and sweeps her arm. \<br\>\<br\>The blonde looks like she's been on fire but is otherwise up and moving. If a little worn out. "Dunno what's going on in the booth, Jean okay up there?" she asks and shrugs as she moves to see which of the formerly, or maybe still possessed, she's not a telepath so it's hard to tell what the deal is. Which kid she can safely move first. The med bay shouldn't be too far once she can get out. \<br\>\<br\>"I'm so gonna get yelled at, I just know it."

Gambit has posed:\<br\>Remy LeBeau crosses the room quickly to the unconcious telepath, pressing his finger's to her throat to check her pulse. "She out. Ah t'ink she gonna be okay, but Ah don' envy 'er de 'eadache she gonna 'ave in de morning." He gently, but not slowly removes the red head from her station and lays her on the floor before taking her seat. "Make it quick Boom-Boom, what 'appened. Don' wanna start 'itting buttons and suddonly be joining Jeanie in dream land. Don' t'ink Scott woul' approve of me sleepin' wit' 'is wife." The Cajun's obscure sens of humor a way to cover up his worried thoughts. "Not ta mention dis a new shirt. Know 'ow 'ard it is ta get de smell of an explosion outta a clean shirt?"

Phoenix has posed:\<br\>Jean Grey groans and stirs, blinking in confusion at Remy.."Hmm, Remy? When did you get here?" she groans, rubbing her temples, still out of it but awake, for now. "I have such a massive head--"\<br\>\<br\>Then her eyes widen in shock and horror, peering below. "The students! Computer end program!" she orders and the Danger Room returns to the blank grid-like slate.\<br\>\<br\>Peering down below, she does a quick psi-scan and is relieved that the Xmen are still alive if a bit stunned. The three teens however, she eyes warily as she opens the door to head downstairs.\<br\>\<br\>"Tabitha are you alright? I think you can take the rest of the day off. Remy, get the teens to the brig, Im not sure what exactly is going on but I have a bad feeling...I don't think they're safe to be around.."\<br\>\<br\>She gives them a wide berth as she checks on Logan and Firestar. "I will get them to the med bay.." and with that she will telekinetically lift them off the ground, taking them with her as she opens the door to the exit.\<br\>\<br\>Although she is just as confused, peering atTabitha, "Yes, what DID happen?"

Boom-Boom has posed:\<br\>At least the intercom works. "Gambit, you ain't dead? Jean?, supposed to be a training sim, tropical volcanic island sim I think. Rescue kids, maybe punch bad guys. Jean knows this bit. \<br\>\<br\>Then glitches in the matrix. Now I'm wherever the frak this is. Mars? Least I can breath. The kids went nuts, tried to kill us. Said you were taken care of Jean." \<br\>\<br\>The blonde explains trying to look at where she might be hearing the sound from any speakers. Facing away from the booth as she talks while Jean moves to join her. \<br\>\<br\>"So like guessing we had someone else in the drivers' seats. Guess it could be worse. Could a been a grown up posessed. Being mind controlled sucks ass. Anyway I had to kinda splodey spank the kids." she states and turrns to see Jean coming in and telekinetically lifting folks. \<br\>\<br\>"I know you don't want us doing that. At least to the kids. I think you meant to the kids. But Logan and Angelica are pretty much down, I'm literally in my underwear. And you were incommunicado boss. I kinda had to dial in how much BOOM was needed. Still don't know what the curvy ginger meant specifically by calling me a freak. That's gonna bug me for ages now." she motormouths all that prattling.

Gambit has posed:\<br\>Remy LeBeau nods, walking briskly to a small control box that holds the emergency nul. Cuffs and grabbing...well all of them. Let Scott sort out who needs to be supressed and who doesn't later. He heads down then into the Danger Room to wrap up the would be usurpers and escort them to the brig as Jean suggested. He does spare a smile for Tabby though, smirking. "look like Ah miss a 'ell of a party..."

Phoenix has posed:\<br\>Jean Grey sighs, "I apologize, Tabitha..Something..Attacked my mind, again.." she frowns softly, eyeing the teens warily as they are rounded up. "I expect they will need to be questioned later but they may not be what you think.."\<br\>\<br\>She seems to be struggling with focusing on carrying Logan and Firestar, and in a hurry to get away from the teens. "I will also be in the med bay, I think I need to lay down for a bit.."\<br\>\<br\>And with that, she opens the double doors and heads out towards the Med Bay.
