Night Girl has posed:
"Legion Cruiser ahoy. Night Girl calling Legion Cruiser. Is anybody there? Rokk? Mon-El? Imra? Anybody?"

That was the first message received over comms when Lydda's arrival in the 21st century happened. Somehow separated from her friends and colleagues in time when the backward push went wrong, she's just freshly emerged months, perhaps years, after the other Legion folk have arrived. As per protocol, the first thing she did was went looking for the Cruiser, finding it quickly and approaching it.

Thus it is that she finds herself, confused, but hale, in the Cruiser's habitat level, trying to wrap her mind around where and when she is, not to mention why.
Mon-El has posed:
Time is such an odd, finicky, thing.

When Lydda finds herself back on the cruiser, it'll be rather evident that it has been here for quite some time. Maybe even some years. There are some odds and ends littered about, although it isn't terribly messy.

Given her advance message, Mon-El is waiting for her there, sitting in the crew lounge. He stands up and goes to meet her when she arrives. "Lydda." he greets, smiling warmly.
Cosmic Boy has posed:
The Legion Cruiser was quiet. Rokk was walking down the halls, his nose in a data pad, not noticing where he was going. Mumbling to himself, he turns a corner, so far, not noticing Mon or Lydda.
Night Girl has posed:
"Mon-El! Nice to see you." Lydda looks around the place, spotting signs of time's passage. "I'm late, aren't I?" she asks, frowning a little. "How many weeks?"

The scale of her misarrival hasn't set in yet.

Then, grinning, she adds, "And how did you ever survive without me?!" She greets her fellow Legionnaire with a hug before sitting down and looking around her home-away-from ... the Legion Clubhouse (her real home in her mind).

"So ... do you remember why we're he...?"

Rokk's entrance catches her eye, cutting her question short. "Rokk!"
Mon-El has posed:
Lar smiles, returning the friendly hug. "Uh..." he smirks a little when Lydda asks how many weeks. "Ahem, well...I think it miiiight be easier to measure that in terms of years, actually."

He glances over at Rokk. "Rokk, hey."
Cosmic Boy has posed:
When Rokk hears familiar voices, he takes a moment, and looks up. Spotting Lydda, his expression changes from one of studious attention to surprise! Her voice...then, that expression changes to joy! "Lydda! What are you doing here?" His excitement at her arrival was true.

"Good to see you too Lar." Rokk says sheepishly. "Sorry..." He stops his apology with a grin. "Glad to see both of you."
Night Girl has posed:
Lydda's eyes open wide at the news. "Years?" Her forehead wrinkles in disbelief. "But ... it ... I ... I was just talking to you all a few hours ... ago."

She'll catch on eventually. Once the shock is over.

She swallows hard. "I'll ... figure this out later. Good to see you all, though ... it seems for some it's been longer than others..." Her mouth presses together a moment before asking, "So does anybody remember why ... we're ... here? In the 21st? I... can't seem to remember."
Mon-El has posed:
"Not sure, my memories weren't exactly intact when I arrived, either." Lar admits. "But if I had to guess, it had something to do with Glorith and/or the Time Trapper."

He shrugs. "Either way, glad you're here, Lydda."
Cosmic Boy has posed:
"A few hours. Yeah. Something happened to us. We were flung into the past and can't get back. A few of us have been here since the beginning..." Cos pauses at that. "...the rest stumble in when they, well, just do. It is strange.

Rokk pauses. "Brainy can explain it better. Suffice it to stay, we are trying to get back. Somehow. I agree with Mon. I suspect it is the Time Trapper or Glorith too. Who knows?"

After a few seconds of frowning, Cos brightens up. "I am glad you are here too Lydda. All of us are. I...we missed you! We can use your quick thinking, and strength of character." Cos almost blushes.
Shadow Lass has posed:
"I heard that!"

Of course, Shady wanders in, mid sentence. Mind you it's tough to say if she is joking! Her usual demeanour is very restrained. When you were called to be the Champion of your homeworld, you became more serious immediately. Then when you were transported to the past? It's any wonder that she doesn't wear a frown.
Cosmic Boy has posed:
Looking over his shoulder, Cos smiles. "Shady! Great to see you!" Rokk moves to the side, so all of them can be in the same circle. "Of course you did. Imagine that, you jumping out of the shadows. I am shocked." Cos grins, letting her know he was joking and teasing at the same time.
Shadow Lass has posed:
Now Shady did smile. A tiny smile, but a smile nonetheless.

She even let it go about the shadows - which, to be certain, she hadn't jumped out of this time.

"Are there any other arriving? And do we know how this came to be?" She looks to the crew gathered there.
Night Girl has posed:
"Tasmia!" Lydda's overjoy is overjoying further as more of her friends and legionnaires start showing up. Tasmia in particular is her natural partner in action; their powers complementing perfectly. "It's like old times all over again, only ... what happened? Why have you all been here so long and I haven't?"

Her face darkens at mention of The Time Trapper and worse. "If it is one or both of those two, I am going to teach them why you don't mess around in the dark," she adds with a little bit of a growl.
Mon-El has posed:
Lar's eyes light up when he sees Shady. "Tasmia." He greets, smiling to her as well. "Haven't seen this many of us in one place for a while." he remarks.

"Heh, haven't heard anything from the Time Trapper...Glorith's showed her face a couple times though. Don't worry, we took care of her." he winks.

"Well, seems like we'll have plenty of shade to go around now." he jokes. "Maybe we should hit up the beach...uh, you know, somewhere in the southern hemisphere."
Cosmic Boy has posed:
"I am sure there will be Shady." Cos says with a smile. "Hopefully, as many Legionnaires as we can get!"

Turning to grin at Lydda, Cos nods. "Good question. And I have no doubt you will." Rokk shakes his head.

"Mon. You have a great idea! A vacation may be a good idea. I'll leave you all to it! I'll try and round up the rest of us so we can all be on the same holopage." Cos waves at them all, happy to have them here and heads to the bridge.
Shadow Lass has posed:
Lydda was greeted with a smile. "It's about time you showed up! I've had to do it all by myself." Of course Shady whips out a retort to Mon-EL, "What, you're telling me that you would prefer the sunshine? Next you will be telling us that you found a beach and took up surfing!"

She knows nothing about surfing, to be certain.

"Wait, you aren't joking, are you?"
Mon-El has posed:
"Well if we did we wouldn't need umbrellas, right?" Lar jokes, laughing. "Though they are cute."
Night Girl has posed:
"I don't know. I'm really raring for action. If I could remember why we went charging into the past I'd be looking for the miscreants and getting ready to drag them by the scruff of the neck to justice," Lydda says. "I haven't been here for years like you have."

Something in her voice suggests regret at this. At somehow letting her fellow legionnaires down.

"I'll have to talk to Brainy about why."
Mon-El has posed:
"Well there's certainly plenty to help out with down on the surface." Lar says with a nod to Lydda when she says she's aching for some action. "I'm sure the Justice League would be happy for your help. And if anything comes up on the cruiser's scans, you'll be the first to know."
