Profile
The amalgamation of the beings known as Eddie Brock and the symbiote known as Venom. Together, they are Venom, sometimes villain, sometimes Lethal Enforcer, sometimes a fly on the wall.
Venom has recently resurfaced from seemingly disappearing since 2022.

Venom's skin feels more like the slick skin of a dolphin's, not that you would want to get close enough to touch them. Their blue black skin only yields to the whites of their eyes and their spider symbol. Their teeth are razor sharp, and a longue tongue like tendril pops out from their mouth, dripping with green saliva-like substance.
History

Eddie Brock had worked for the Daily Bugle before he had been exposed by Spider-Man/Peter Parker for getting a story incorrect, violating ethics of journalism.
In 2022 Eddie had been out on the streets, having lost his job and everything important to him. It was on night he visited a church to pray for someone to punish Peter Parker for what he had done. His prayers were answered in the most unusual of ways.
After being joined to the Symbiote that had comprised Spider-Man's black suit, Eddie Brock started to think with the added voice in his head. Soon the two beings adopted the name: Venom. After causing havoc for Peter Parker and New York City, they were eventually defeated by the same bell tolling that had separated the symbiote from Peter.
In a weakened state, Eddie and the symbiote retreated, moving hideouts to Bludhaven, where they had been captured by an unknown presence, having been contained, Venom's eggs had been removed, in order to experiment on them. These 'children' had not seen their mother symbiote, as Venom had escaped from the facility that held them for a year. Since then, around other areas, there had been reports of people having their brains removed by some kind of animal. Venom had overridden Eddie's input and taken control of the man, in order to survive.
It's been two years since the Tri-City area had heard anything from Venom..

Personality

Venom is a bit of a wild card for either side. They are chaotic in the best way, often not giving any indication of what they will do until they do so. They show little regard to property damage or even other people's lives. Mixed with the strength to match their fiery personality makes Venom a deadly opponent. Venom is also...mad, insane. They will often crack jokes or randomly burst into song, if it pleases Venom, they do it. There are dad-jokes.

ENHANCED DURABILITY
Venom will 'harden' against small arms fire in order to protect Eddie. This renders the symbiote nearly bulletproof.
ENHANCED STRENGTH
Venom has the ability to lift up to 70 tons. Unassisted, Eddie can lift 700 lbs.
GENETIC MEMORY
Contact with another person can lead to memories to be extracted to the symbiote. This power doesn't always work, and it usually helps for the person to have previously bonded with a symbiote.(Consent to this is always discussed OOCly)
HEALING FACTOR
The symbiote can heal it's host in order to keep it alive. This means that even a usually fatal injury can be healed from. This doesn't mean that Venom could remain fighting while this happens.
HOST SURVIVAL
The symbiote can synthesize and filter air for Eddie to breathe while underwater or in a gaseous environment.
OFFSPRING DETECTION
Venom can detect its offspring much like a radar. This ability is flawed however, as the offspring can learn to camouflage itself from Venom.
PARASITIC INHERITANCE
The Venom Symbiote can inherit the abilities of those it comes in contact with, for short periods. This only works with abilities that are derived genetically. The duration of this power is relative to the time Venom has had contact. A quick touch only gives Venom about ten minutes of these powers. This power also does not mean that Venom can control these abilities from contact.
POISONOUS FANGS
Venom's fangs and saliva have a venomlike quality to them, containing a neurotoxin akin to a venomous snake's. The neurotoxin can inhibit neural impulses from reaching muscles. This toxin can be deadly, but the fangs in of themselves are more the danger.
SHAPESHIFTING
Venom has the ability to shift into any form they desire. Be this by changing forms into another person, different clothing for Eddie, changing Eddie's face. Even making themselves invisible by blending into the surroundings. Venom's tendrils are also quite useful, for manipulating objects or even used as blunt objects to hit someone.
SPIDER-SENSE
Venom has the ability to perceive time slower than a normal human. This allows Venom to act quickly in order to dodge a blade, or anything oncoming to themselves.
WALL-CRAWLING
Venom mimics Spider-Man's wall crawling ability by changing its structure and surface area to cling to surfaces.
WEBBING GENERATION
Venom uses its own biomass to create a kind of webbing like Spider-Man's. This webbing is very sticky and strong with a strength of 125 lbs per millimeter squared. Once Venom detaches this webbing from itself, it will last three hours, degenerating during that time before turning into dust.

Venom is weak to high temperatures. This would include fire, incendiary rounds, high explosives, and such.

Eddie Brock was already mentally unstable when he merged with the symbiote. With the addition of the symbiote, Eddie has developed delusions of grandeur, is more unstable than before.
LOW INTELLIGENCE
Venom is not the sharpest tool in the shed. Because of this, he can easily be fooled by others into doing what they would like. This can enrage Venom once they realize they have been duped.

Sonic attacks weaken the symbiote's attachment to Eddie. An attack of a high enough megahertz and decibel range can separate the symbiote from Eddie completely, the trauma of which can knock out Eddie completely.
