Caim Kataras has posed:
    Caim came to the island to fight in the tournament. His first oppenant was some random kid in his eyes and he sighs a little. He would just let the kid win but he has a reputation to maintain as a master of the ancient styles of combat. He waits for his oppenant to show up, dressed in a tank top and baggy pants to allow the most movement in. The Sun shines down on the group.

Red Ranger has posed:
     Red Ranger is still in his luchador mask, having retrieved his morpher, the right side of his face, and the parts of his left arm that are visible from his tank top are covered in one solid covering of bruises, but even as a person watches they can see that they're ever so slowly fading away as the power of the morping grid heals him. "Black, I'll hold on to your morpher while you fight if you want me to." he says having left his with his friend earlier in the morning while The Black Ranger prepaired for the fight he's walking to now. "Stay loose, keep an eye out, from what I've caught of the other fights, we're going to be hard pressed at times."

Black Ranger (Park) has posed:
    Black Ranger arrived with Red and entered this tournament because of the challenge it presented. After bonding with the power coin, normal matches were too easy. But today he is dressed in a full black ninja garb. Jason might recognize it from when he wore it during his first martial arts tourney after moving to Angel Grove. Adam hands his morpher over to his team leader. "Only thing I can do is my best." He rotates his shoulders and then his neck, trying to stay loose. "Well, let's get this party started." He steps into the arena and offers Caim a bow of respect before waiting until it was time. He doesn't make any introductions.

Caim Kataras has posed:
    Caim watches the ninja as he enters the arena. He bows out of respect though it is clear he isnt too sure of the ranger's abilities. When the signal goes to start, Caim gets into a fighting stance and begins to slowly make his way over to the ninja, watching him before sending a punch for his cheek.

Red Ranger has posed:
     "You can do this Black, just stay loose, and don't hold back! These folks are leagues above where we were before Zordon, they can handle it!" The Red Ranger calls out hooking Blacks morpher beside his own on the obi that is holding up his cotton gi-pants. "Take some time, test things out, see where he is If you win after this, I've got some tricks to show you for later fights cause it'll only get tougher from here!" he calls out before moving to grab one of the chairs for spectators, moving to sit in The Black Rangers corner, like a boxing Second..

Black Ranger (Park) has posed:
    Under the mask, Adam smiles faintly. Jason is a good friend. But he places his focus back on Caim. The man's strike comes quickly, connecting with his cheek. He rolls with the punch, moving his body and head to lessen the impact a bit. Then he settles into his own stance before darting forwards, sending a heel strike towards Caim's chin, followed by a closed fist towards his torso. He's holding back the bulk of his strength, despite Jason's warning. He didn't know if going all out against this man right off the bat was a good idea or not yet.

Caim Kataras has posed:
    Caim gets struck and sent back away from Adam and he moves to get up. "Not bad." He says as he begins to use some of his katas to attack the ninja, a series of punches and kicks designed to send people off balance. Seems he is trying to push Adam out of the ring.

Black Ranger (Park) has posed:
    Adam forces himself to relax and let his body do the work through muscle memory. However, he does give up ground as Caim attacks, even though he manages to block and dodge most of his flurry, though a few strikes get past his defenses. Sparing a glance behind him, he knew he was near the edge of the ring, so he leaps up high, flipping over Caim after purposely taking another strike to the shoulder to give himself enough time to move. He spins back around to face him after his feet touch the ground. He rotates the shoulder that got hit. This is man is good. Perhaps better than any man, woman, or monster he's faced. Then he changes tactics, moving into a different stance, his movements almost slow and languid. He sways back and forth slightly, almost hypnotically.

Caim Kataras has posed:
    Caim grunts as the boy flips over him and smirks at the kid. "Impressive. Most modern people dont know how to fight. You are different." Caim says as he begins to send a series of punches for the boy now, adopting a boxing stance as he sways and sends punches for the man's chin and jaw. Something however seems to indicate that he is doing more then boxing and it comes from when Adam strikes, he parries with an arm, twisting it and sending a kick for the ninja.

Black Ranger (Park) has posed:
    Once again giving up a little ground while parrying Caim's strikes, it was a comment that made him lose focus for just a moment. When Caim asks his question, Adam's eyes widen slightly. "Modern people? What do you..?" His arm is caught leaving the rest of his question unasked, but he uses the other one to catch the kick. Until now, he had been holding in his enhanced abilities, but he attempts to pull Caim towards him as he takes a step before sending a double palm strike towards him, putting some real strength in the blow.

Red Ranger has posed:
     "Step into the kicks Black! Rob them up their momentum, use your strength to force them back." Red Ranger says knowing that Adam is still holding back. The Rangers aren't any where near Spider-man level strength, but they can still flip an SUV onto their roof if they try, so he knows what The Black Ranger is capable of. "You're faster than that! I've seen you take out three putties in less than a second, show this guy what you're made of!" he calls out in a strong and confident voice the teenager invested in his friends success..

Caim Kataras has posed:
    "I have been alive for a few thousand years before christ. I have studied the martial arts from all the old masters. I am a master of ancient forms of combat." Caim says as he is sent back by the blow. He nearly gets pushed out of the ring and he rubs his chest. "So you do have above human abilities. That should make things interesting." He says as he adopts a more defensive stance, parrying and pushing the man's blows from connecting, more along the lines of aikido and judo, moves which is designed to deal with stronger oppenants.

Black Ranger (Park) has posed:
    Adam nods towards Caim. "That makes sense. But you're not a vampire or something like that. I'd be able to tell through your movements." He drops back into his stance. Jason was right, he was holding back. But this guy? He could definitely take it. Adam has dabbled in judo, akido and jujitsu, but his bread and butter is kung fu, and that's what he goes with now, having adapted those other styles to work with it and he has made it his own. He spins and kicks out towards Caim, continuing the spin when he hits the ground and dropping low in an attempt to sweep him, as he rises up, he strikes out towards his thigh. He's no longer holding back, now fighting Caim at his true speed and power.

Caim Kataras has posed:
    "No. I am a mutant with the ability to control my genetics. As long as I have a mind to focus on it, I can heal beyond any injury." Caim says as he focuses entirely on defense. Speed and strength were superior when compared to him, but Caim had experience and when struck on the thigh the sound of bone cracking can be heard. He grunts as he forces his body to regenerate and soon he is walking and dodging again at regular speed.

Black Ranger (Park) has posed:
    Adam doesn't let up, but neither has he gone wild. Every movement. block, and strike has a purpose. He's even trying to inflict damage even when Caim blocks his blows. "Yeah. I heal fast too. Not quite as fast as you, but this fight could take awhile at this rate. It's rare to fight someone of your caliber, sir. Win or lose, I will enjoy this challenge." He unleases a flurry of kicks that would normally reduce putties to dust towards Caim.

Caim Kataras has posed:
    "Indeed if I have to lose to you, then I wont feel too bad about it." Caim says as he blocks, parries and is pushed back further and further. He stops at the edge and when the kicks come in, he grabs one of the feet and sends both of his feet into Adam's face to kick as hard as he can to drive the teen back.

Black Ranger (Park) has posed:
    Adam was briefly surprised when Caim delivered his kick. It lands solidly, causing his body to spin around before he hits the dirt hard on his stomach. He catches his breath for a moment and pushes himself up. He raises his mask a little to spit a glob of blood out to the side before he makes it up to his feet. There is a quiet determination in his gaze now. He wants to win this fight. He thrusts his hands out to the side, lifting his leg before settling into another fighting style. Dragon style is what he's best at. No more playing around. He doesn't rush Caim, knowing dull well that him being close to the edge was a ploy to get him to get overzealous. He waves him on with his hand. Let him come to him in the center.

Caim Kataras has posed:
    Caim approaches the center and he sends a punch for the ranger's stomach, grunting as he tests the ranger's endurance. It is clear however that he is getting tired so he focuses more defensively.

Black Ranger (Park) has posed:
    Adam rotates his torso just as Caim punches and steps forwards. He attempts to drive his knee into his gut instead as he brings his elbow down, aiming for the base of Caim's neck.

Caim Kataras has posed:
    Caim grunts as he is kneed into the stomach and gets his elbow down on the base of his neck. Caim tries to get up but he nods. "Alright." He says as he grunts and pushes himself back upright. "I give up." He says with a grunt. "Its clear you beat me." Caim says as he watches the ninja.

Black Ranger (Park) has posed:
    Once Caim admits defeat, Adam immediately backs off to give him a chance to get up. He slams his fist into his palm and bows from the waist. "I acknowledge your defeat, sir. Thank you for this opportunity. I truly enjoyed our fight."

Red Ranger has posed:
     Red Ranger claps his hands and stands up from the chair he's been watching, the red dressed teen making his way to The Black Ranger's side. "Alright! Good going black!" he says clapping his hand on Black Rangers shoulder "Knew you had it in you!" he says before he turns and bows to Caim. "If you're ever up for a spar while we're here, let me know." he says "Do you need to go to medical?" he asks
