Gem Cities-OOC

Description

The Gem Cities consists of Central City, Missouri, and Keystone, Kansas, which are separated by the Missouri River. The collection of superheroes and villains associated with these two sister cities is vast, with people coming from across the globe, time, and space. One way or another, they all seem to find each other in America's heartland.
