Outsiders

Description

The Outsiders are an independent group of young heroes whose main goal is to find and aid Metahumans and Mutants who pose a threat due to the uncontrollable nature of their powers, either training them in house, or, bringing them to one of the many safe groups that handle training. They also fight crime from street level to high threat. They do have an Omega Directive, which is reflected in their training, even if most people don't know about it. Should another heroic group go rogue, the training the Outsiders receive can and will be used to subdue this group.
