CYBERPATHIC SENSES

Viri can psychically sense any transmitting device within 100 meters and have limited senses of nontransmitting devices within 50 meters. Truly powerful devices (spaceship, for example) might be sensed from thousands of kilometers or more away, making this viable in space. On top of this Viridian can pick up and translate standard information signals like radio or microwave transmissions, making her effective range seem far longer.

ROBOTICS MASTERY

Juliet has an intuitive knowledge of how to construct functional robotics based on whatever she has on hand. She could make a gyrocopter with a functional camera out of a small sack of bolts, some tinfoil, and rubber bands. This is a secondary function of her mutant power. The scale is directly relevant to the time and quality of materials but the upper limit, where she has plenty of time and unlimited materials (or help), could see her building robots fit to fight an entire superhero team, AKA the Plot Device.
On the spot anything much better than a flying camera-gun or one use hackbot requires something to work with. She can, however, repair or jury-rig basically ANY robotic device in short order. Including a broken down ship that is at least mostly intact.

TECHNICOLOR HAIR

After the TO Virus infection Viridian's hair is techno-organic and changes colors and lengths pretty much at will. Sometimes it does rainbows and mimics her moods. It can also be used for wiring and fiber-optics and can go rigid for use as a lockpick or other small tool though it isn't very durable.

TECHNOPATHY

Viridian can communicate in the language of machines and establish direct control of them at sensory range provided they are able to receive some kind of remote commands- closed systems must be touched. Viri can quickly analyze any system without accessing it and can bypass most encryption and defenses on computers effortlessly. Potentially, this means she can override self-willed automata like androids and other AI (in a matter similar to powerful telepathy).

Viri can control multiple robots as long as they have a signal connection or are in line of sight. She must be in normal range to the first device but that device can then transmit her 'signal'. Those signals are much weaker than she is and can be fought off by onboard operators.

Spaceships and other complex devices have multiple systems and must have each overcome individually. Operators can delay this process significantly. Standard automated countermeasures cannot.

COMBAT ENGINEER

Viri is pretty handy with a blaster but her combat skills are more of the Sapper variety. Stay low, find a way to breach this corridor, hack that panel, provide covering fire and support. Bypass this security system and open these locks! She is a true expert when it comes to engineering tasks under fire. Also heavy weapons. Great with heavy weapons. This expertise does translate to electrical and civic engineering but she is simply less enthusiastic about it when it doesn't go boom.

COMPUTER OPERATIONS

Viri is an excellent hacker and programmer who has worked on experimental projects and research. Even without her powers she is a force to be reckoned with and with them can match minds with most anyone in the virtual arena, sometimes in ways which explicitly go against the code of the program she is operating.

SPACESHIP OPERATIONS

Viridian is a decent pilot though not a very experienced one (she can fake it with technopathy) and a master ship's engineer. She can fix all parts of a modern ship or jury-rig it if need be. With her robots Viri can crew a four person ship by herself without too much difficulty.

TRIVIAL KNOWLEDGE

Spending over a hundred virtual years in a simulation gives lots of time for reading. She read about what interested her and not what was practical so whether or not she knows useful things at a given time is a roll of the dice but she knows a thousand plus recipes, can cite the battles historical from Waterloo to Marathon, has her Space Trivia down, and is intimately knowledgeable about the operation of virtual reality systems.

MAX 2.0

When Viridian was a little girl she had a pink dolphin plush toy named Max. Max is a DolphinBot who 'swims' through space. He has a hacking suite, internal micro-missiles (of both anti-personnel and anti-ship varieties), and an automatic blaster rifle stored inside of his sinuous body as well as a communications package and the ability to manage short-range spaceflight. Max himself is self-willed and a moderately intelligent robot but he doesn't speak. He has been known to 'tow' Viri through space and is capable of engaging in combat with infantry or space fighters. He extremely durable but heavy anti-personnel ordnance or ship-to-ship can damage him, with his best defense in space being his incredible agility.

Max can be upgraded temporarily if Viri has the parts but this is his baseline. He performs best in contact with Viri and will transport her around places if she has trouble moving or tug her to safety. She anchors to his dorsal fin.

ROBOTIC EXOSKELETON

This is a fairly barebones exoskeleton designed to be used to assist Viri with walking and manipulating objects despite her condition. It's basically a simple brace that goes down each leg, runs up her spine and along each arm and mimics her intended movements. This grants her unusual strength, enough to lift at a ton or more, though exceeding that limit can quickly deplete the power supply. It's also not convenient for daily interactions like dancing or hugging. It contains a large power source sufficient to provide emergency power for a small ship for an hour.

The exoskeleton has simple jump jets in it good for short bursts in space or wild leaps on the ground. It even contains a shield generator, good for blocking a few rounds of automatic weapons fire, a couple small explosion, or even a single major assault with explosives for herself and people within several meters of her. This will quickly deplete the power. If fully depleted the exoskeleton will die, leaving Juliet stranded. She can build another one.

SPARE PARTS

Viridian has a big supply of lower quality and jury-rigged robotic parts. She doesn't have weapons to speak of though she can make her own blaster pistols and other 'standard' weapons with ease. Grenades, tasers, moderate explosive charges are all possible. This means she has a variety of small robots who can help her out at any given time. These are usually no more than maintenance bots or flying guns that are little more than annoyances or stealthy spies but one shouldn't underestimate a fleet of repulsor lift riding combat roombas.

Weaknesses

DEBT

After a failed research project and lost investor money Viridian owes a lot of people in space a lot of money. This is compounded by the fact that the gene therapy treatments she has been trying for her tetraparesis are far more expensive than cybernetics. She keeps trying. Sometimes they help.

EMOTIONAL INSTABILITY

Viridian has regular bouts of depression following her trip through the simulation. Her mood swings are moderately severe and can be jarring to friends. She is also addicted to simulations and other methods of making her feel as though she can walk.

SCATTERBRAIN

After trapping herself in a time-dilated simulation in order to try to find a solution for the Techno-organic Virus Viridian's sense of time and reality is a bit out of whack. She might suddenly decide to behave as though she is in a kooky parody of Victorian England. Or a super explorer. Or just lose track of what is going on for days and not eat. Reality being mutable is a hard thing to recover from.

TECHNO-ORGANIC VIRUS

Viridian has been infected with a variant strain of the Techno-organic Virus. It attacked her nervous system and attempted to transform her into a cybernetic creature for it to control. Viri fought this off with her Technopathic powers and received treatment for the condition but the result was severe nerve damage. The virus seems to be gone but Viridian is concerned that a cybernetic interface will bring it back.

TETRAPARESIS

All of Viri's limbs are weakened severely as a result of the Techno-organic Virus infection she suffered. She can rarely walk and her arms will suffer random spasms that can prevent the nimble use of her hands. As a result of the TO Virus she is not particularly keen on using cybernetics to solve this.
