Profile
Vincent is a twice through time traveler from two separate futures/timelines. He has lived through two massive racially charged wars due to his advanced healing factor and being forcibly relocated through time. He has become a detective in Westchester, choosing to help everyone while keeping his own secret.

Vincent is an older looking man with silver starting to appear in his hair giving him a distinct salt and pepper look. The man has brown eyes that seems to not be surprised by anything and yet is ever observant. A firm clean nose over thin lips and a cleanly shaven chin. The man doesn't look particularly strong or dangerous in any way, but he has a litheness to him that might betray a bit of the nimbleness hidden in his frame.
History

Vincent was born several years ago and was raised in foster care for a time until he developed his mutation and scared any family he was put into. Eventually he found his way to Xavier and went through the school system finding different love interests and fighting many battles through his life. He ended up travelling back in time with a DNA based device to help rescue mutant kind using a certain student's DNA as a catalyst. Having to wait the long way round for the device to work on saving his timeline it backfired and again he was sent back in time. But this time it was to the wrong reality, (this one) and now, he's layed low, kept his mutation as much of a secret as he can because he's seen two massive scale wars ending mutants and worse. He became a cop in Westchester to watch over the house Xavier built from a far and to trip up the legal enforcement system from inside to help the school.

From his long long life, Vincent has become kind of a stoic, gentle guardian. He is here to protect others at any cost. He's no longer the uncaring teenager he once was. This man has seen it all, and through it, Charles' teaching of give them a chance, but he has kept his own mutation hidden from everyone at the department.

BONE BLADES
In his arms is his second mutation, a blade that is similar to the structure of the lower arms. They are two bones that have grown into a single structure that spins out from the wrist to extend from his hands. They are as long as his forearms and razor sharp. The nerves in his arms have all made space for the blades to spin out without causing much physical pain.
ENHANCED HEALING
Vincent's main mutation is his healing factor. The easiest way to explain it is that it's slightly faster than Logan's. He's able to regenerate entire limbs and organs given enough time. This healing factor also gives Vincent an immunity to toxins, he can't get drunk or poisoned unless it's a faster acting poison than his system can take care of.

Vincent has been a cop for several years around here, going on 15 years and is a detective for about half of that, so he's got a sleuths eye and is capable of connecting dots, storylines and interviewing folks. He's got all the skills accompanying a police officer, such as handgun marksmanship, advanced driving techniques and a few interrogation techniques. He's not the top of his class, but he's a quick learner and willing to do anything to survive because of what he's seen.
WAR GAMES
During the anti mutant wars he fought. He fought hard, and learned how to effectively, efficiently and quickly kill humans and even a few mutants. He's got an eye only experience can teach for finding people and how to get them to stop breathing. Tactics aren't something he's particularly good at, but a key for survival has taught him how to handle himself in a fight even if he prefers to simply avoid them.

Vincent has a small 2 bedroom apartment not too far from the department and drives an older retired police Harley because he refuses to not be cool. He generally carries his handgun, taser, cuffs, walkie and a phone at all times when on duty and off even. He tries to live a quiet life.
WESTCHESTER PD
Vincent is an officer in the WPD and has been around long enough he's made contacts in a few other departments in and around New York City and Metropolis even a few trips out to Jersey and Gotham. The man has access to nearly every resource he could ask for and is even in line to head up a task force should one arise. This grants him access to a fleet of vehicles, an armory, and a slew of surveillance equipment(If his request if approved) and even a few shadier contacts for when he wants something off the books.

He's technically 213 years old (No I don't know how to set that on the +finger) due to his time hopping self, and is lost in this present where he knew no one and basically all his old relationships and even acquaintances don't know him. Took him a long time to find a way onto the police force but eventually he did and is trying to keep a life together.
PAINFUL
He can still feel pain, but sometimes Vincent just doesn't show fear because he knows he'll be fine either way, and thus he's gotten very badly hurt on several occasions and that tends to leave him vulnerable while his body is curing itself.
PTSD
Vincent has lived through the same war twice and is afraid of living it again, but sometimes his past haunts him as clear as day and he's thrown into a rage or furry where his fight or flight mechanism is triggered. Due to his enhanced healing, the effects of pills or even drinking do not work well enough to cure or even stem these flashes of horror.
