Drake is known online as being one of the most prolific online streamers on Twitch and YouTube. He was the Team Captain for the USA WorldCup Overwatch Team, and a member of the NYC Static. With over 30 million followers, he became a household name in eSports and online personalities. Due to a chance meeting involving Glorith, a prison of time, and an epic fight scene between good and evil, Drake found himself with speed based powers. He had a brief run with the Avengers, and is now a full member of the Legion of Superheroes.

History:

Drake was born in San Francisco and lived a fairly normal, boring and stationary life as a child. He had a handful of friends growing up as he moved up the school districts. His mother was a stay at home and his father traveled about the Bay for medical sales. After being introduced to gaming consoles by his Uncle after sneaking in a late Christmas present, he became addicted to the graphical world of first person shooters, Mario brothers and racing games. Between academics, soccer and gaming, he kept his plate busy all through his high school years, and even grew in popularity online after placing first in a mini CS:GO tournament locally with an impressive run through the gauntlet. Since then, he started playing competitively for the next couple of years until he graduated and moved to New York when a team decided to sponsor him. Now living in a small apartment with a trio of his teammates, he attends college at a local community college while gaming full time and skrimming for tournaments.

Drake is an upbeat and excitable young man. He oozes confidence when engaging in conversation with people. He comes across as friendly and open like a book. He is quick witted and can deliver one-liners swiftly.

Sonic Boom:
When using his speedy powers, Drake can use up to five blinks at a time to build up an impressive amount of speed, which then can be used to unleash as a concussive, noisy blast as he jolts to a stop. This causes a small pocket of air and sound to come together to try and knock an enemy down or out depending on how tough his opponent is. It's designed to be painful and will pop the eardrums. This also takes a lot out of Drake due to his current limitations of his powers and more times than not using Sonic Boom will take him out of the fight until his body starts to reset. When he tries to punch someone or kick them while using this, he can potentially break his arm or foot due to the speed and rate he delivers the attack so should try and put his shoulder into it. The range of this power is about two feet in front of him, so it is designed to be focused and specific on the target in front of him. If his target is within a foot of something such as a window it has the potential to be shattered or cracked.

Speed Skipping:

Drake is able to have bursts of speed that can shunt him forward up to 10 yards at a time (30 feet). The speed at which he travels is too fast for the unaided human eye, but those with enhanced senses can see him move forward in a blur like manner. The speed of sound is about 700 MPH. That's a good gauge. He can use this power roughly ten times in a row before he begins to feel the effects of over exertion. By using his power, he can self-heal very minor wounds by speeding up the healing process of his body. This comes naturally. Deep cuts and broken bones will still need medical attention.

Accelerator Bracelet:
Developed by the Invisible Kid, the technology to keep Drake's body from coming apart at the seams is in the form of a large bracelet that is wrapped to his left wrist. This Bio-Molecular Accelerator Bracelet takes a gauge of biometrics that gives Drake a read out of when he is pushing himself beyond acceptable levels. If the bracelet were to snap off or be taken away from him for an extended period of time, Drake's body will overheat, causing him to suffer from Chronal Disassociation. (see: weakness)

Avengers:
As a member of the Avengers, Drake has access to Avenger's resources in the form of income, technology and personnel in times of need.

Flight Ring:
As a previous / reserve member of the Legion of Superheroes, Drake has a Legionnaire Flight Ring which is keyed to each individual's DNA, allows the wearer to fly under its own power through the wielder's mental control, traveling at near mach 3 speeds if necessary. It has other abilities such as: a communicator, able to talk to other people who have flight rings, capable of communicating at a distance of light years without lag.

Snowball:

Developed by Tony Stark to keep track of Drake, this little floating robot from Overwatch lore has become Drake's personal companion (and best friend). It has sensors built into 'her' that scans the area and delivers information and feedback to Tony Stark to research later, mostly around Drake's powers. It also has live feed via camera and audio so that Tony can use it to spy on him if need be. True to Overwatch lore, Tony built a freezing cannon into Snowball to be used as self defense as Snowball is programmed to defend Drake through any means necessary. Snowball draws moisture out of the air through filters built into her shell and then uses the liquid to mix with a chemical reaction to create a super liquid nitrogen that is far more durable and colder. It can be used to build a wall or to freeze an enemy into place (or slow it down) by trying to cocoon them.

Chronal Disassociation:

Since being rescued by the Legion from Glorith's time portal, Drake's body has started to speed up quickly on a molecular level. This causes his body to heat up into high fevers very fast, causing him to be disoriented, vomiting, weak at the knees and lethargic after too many uses. He needs to have a cool down of about an hour between ten jumps for his body to reset and allow the technology that is holding his body together to calm down. Continued use can become life threatening or fatal if the device was to malfunction.
